چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی توازن الگوهای فرهنگ سازمانی فدراسیون­های ورزشی ایران بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع مطالعات پیمایشی است. از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند استفاده شد و 253 نفر از کارشناسان فدراسیون­ ورزشی به پرسش‌نامه پاسخ دادند. روایی پرسشنامه به وسیله خبرگان بررسی و پایایی از طریق آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. نتایج نشان داد بر مبنای میانگین نیم­رخ­های فرهنگی می­توان استنتاج کرد که فرهنگ موجود در فدراسیون­های ورزشی، عمدتاً به سمت فرهنگ­های سلسله­ مراتبی و طایفه ­ای تمایل بیشتری دارد و این جهت­گیری در سایر نیم­رخ­های فرهنگی کم­رنگ­تر بود. به­طورکلی، نتیجه­گیری می­شود که به­منظور ایجاد یک فرهنگ قوی در فدراسیون­های ورزشی می­توان با حفظ فرهنگ­های سلسله ­مراتبی و طایفه ­ای، سایر فرهنگ­های موجود از قبیل موقتی و بازار را به موازات آن­ها تقویت کرد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of study was to evaluate the balance of organizational culture patterns of Iranian sports federation. Methodology was descriptive and type of survey. 253 experts of sports federations responded to a questionnaire of assessing organizational culture. Validity of the questionnaire was statistically analyzed by experts and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. Results showed that based on the average cultural of sport federations can be concluded that the culture of the sport, mainly the cultures will tend hierarchical and tribal and the orientation in the other profile was pale. Concluded that for establish of rigor culture in sport federations, we should keep the current culture and development other cultural profile.
