Abstract

The purpose of study was to evaluate the balance of organizational culture patterns of Iranian sports federation. Methodology was descriptive and type of survey. 253 experts of sports federations responded to a questionnaire of assessing organizational culture. Validity of the questionnaire was statistically analyzed by experts and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. Results showed that based on the average cultural of sport federations can be concluded that the culture of the sport, mainly the cultures will tend hierarchical and tribal and the orientation in the other profile was pale. Concluded that for establish of rigor culture in sport federations, we should keep the current culture and development other cultural profile.
