چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائۀ الگوی فرهنگ‌سازمانی وزارت ورزش و جوانان انجام‌شد. روش پژوهش ازلحاظ هدف کاربردی و ازنظر نظر دادها، آمیخته اکتشافی (کیفی-کمی) و ازنظر ماهیت در بعد کیفی، داده بنیاد از نوع خود ظهور و در بعد کمی، پیمایشی مقطعی بود. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی، اساتید دانشگاه دارای تجربه و طرح در زمینه مذکور و خبرگان رشته حوزه منابع انسانی و مدیریت ورزشی با تحصیلات دکتری و تجربه مدیریتی بودند. همۀ مدیران زن و مرد (پایه، میانی و ارشد) وزارت ورزش و جوانان در سطح کشور به تعداد 1076 نفر (858 مرد و 218 زن) بخش کمّی جامعۀ آماری را تشکیل دادند. روش نمونه‌گیری در بخش کیفی آگاهانه هدفمند از نوع گلوله برفی بوده و تعداد 15 نفر خبره انتخاب شدند که به اشباع نظری رسیدیم. در بخش کمی حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول تعیین حجم مورگان تعداد 280(223 مرد و 57 زن) انتخاب شدند. پس از کدگذاری باز و محوری ابزار سنجش حاصل‌شده، در قالب یک فرم تنظیم و برای خبرگان جهت کدگذاری انتخابی ارسال و مورد اعتبار سنجی قرار گرفت و بر این اساس پرسشنامه محقق ساخته طراحی و میان نمونه آماری به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب‌شده توزیع گردید. سپس داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد و در پایان برای این الگو 5 بعد، 22 مؤلفه و 142 شاخص احصاء شد. ابعاد شناسایی‌شده در یک ساختار متجانس، سازه‌های الگوی یک مفهوم تحت عنوان الگوی فرهنگ‌سازمانی وزارت ورزش و جوانان را حمایت می‌کنند.

چکیده [English]

The current research was done with the aim of presenting the organizational culture model of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The research method is exploratory in terms of practical goals, and in terms of data, and in terms of nature, in the qualitative dimension, the foundation data is self-emerging, and in the quantitative dimension, it is a cross-sectional survey. The statistical population of the qualitative part includes university professors and experts in the field of human resources management, and in the quantitative part, it consists of all male and female managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth in the number of 1076 people.The sampling method in the qualitative part was purposeful, snowball type, and 15 experts were selected, and we reached theoretical saturation. In the quantitative part, 280 were selected based on Morgan's formula for determining the size of the sample. In the current research, after the open and axial coding of the measurement tool, it was sent in the form of a set form and sent to the experts for selective coding and validated, and based on this, a researcher-made questionnaire was designed and distributed among the randomly selected statistical sample. . Then, the collected data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, and in the end, 5 dimensions, 22 components and 142 indicators were calculated for this model.
The dimensions identified in a homogeneous structure support the model structures of a concept under the title of organizational culture model of the Ministry of Sports and Youth.
