چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه مدل تبیین موانع و پیشران‌های توسعه اجتماعی در برنامه‌های سازمان‌های ورزش برای توسعه و صلح (SDP) بود. این تحقیق با روش تحقیق کیفی و با ماهیت اکتشافی- بنیادی انجام شد. از طریق روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمندِ معیارمحور و بر اساس مصاحبه‌های عمیق داده‌های تحقیق جمع‌آوری شد. بر اساس نظریه داده بنیاد و با رویکرد کلاسیک داده‌ها مورد کدگذاری و تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفتند. مطابق نتایج پژوهش مدل توسعه اجتماعی مبتنی بر سه مقوله اصلی تعریف شد. مقوله محوری توسعه اجتماعی از طریق ورزش شامل مقوله‌های فرعی مسئولیت جمعی اجتماعی، صلح پایدار، بهبود کیفیت ارتباطات اجتماعی، تغییرات اجتماعی-ورزشی برنامه‌ریزی‌شده، برابری و عدالت، یکپارچگی و انسجام اجتماعی، و بهزیستی فردی و جمعی بود. همچنین تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد موانع یا محدودیت‌های توسعه اجتماعی از طریق ورزش از ترکیب محدودیت منابع، بدبینی نسبت به ورزش، تعارض بین سازمانی، خلاء دانش، اشتباهات برنامه‌ریزی، مسائل مدیریتی، مسائل قانونی، مسائل اجرایی، تبعیض جنسیتی، مسائل سیاسی، مسائل فرهنگی-اجتماعی و مشکلات اقتصادی ایجاد شده است. در مقابل پیشران‌ها تلفیقی از شایسته‌گزینی، شبکه‌سازی، برنامه‌ راهبردی، رهبری اشتراکی، جریان‌سازی، آگاهی ‌بخشی و آموزش، فرهنگ‌سازی، مهندسی مجدد و حمایت بود. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق پیشنهاد می‌شود شبکه‌ای منسجم از سازمان‌ها و نهادهای مرتبط با توسعه بالأخص توسعه اجتماعی از طریق ورزش با رویکرد رهبری اشتراکی تشکیل شود تا بتوان مداخلات برنامه‌ریزی شده ورزشی-اجتماعی را با سیاستی منسجم پیش برد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of the current research was to present a model for explaining obstacles and drivers of social development in the programs of sports organizations for development and peace (SDP). This research was conducted with a qualitative research method and with an exploratory-fundamental nature. The research data was collected through the criterion-oriented purposeful sampling method and based on in-depth interviews. Based on the foundational data theory and with the classical approach, the data were coded and analyzed. According to the research results, the social development model was defined based on three main categories. The central category of social development through sports included the subcategories of collective social responsibility, sustainable peace, improving the quality of social communication, planned socio-sports changes, equality and justice, social integration and cohesion, and individual and collective well-being. Also, the data analysis showed that the obstacles or limitations of social development through sports are the combination of resource limitations, pessimism towards sports, inter-organizational conflicts, knowledge gaps, planning mistakes, management issues, legal issues, executive issues, gender discrimination, political issues, socio-cultural issues and economic problems have been created. In contrast to the drivers, it was a combination of merit selection, networking, strategic planning, shared leadership, streamlining, awareness and training, culture building, reengineering and support. According to the results of the research, it is suggested to form a coherent network of organizations and institutions related to development, especially social development through sports, with a shared leadership approach, so that planned sports-social interventions can be carried out with a coherent policy.
