چکیده

حضور ذی‌نفعان مختلف، مدیران سازمان لیگ را با چالش‌هایی در برنامه‌ریزی و تخصیص منابع مختلف، مواجه ساخته-است و هدف این پژوهش، تحلیل استراتژیک ذی‌نفعان سازمان لیگ برتر فوتبال جمهوری اسلامی ایران بود. بدین منظور 197 متخصص دانشگاهی حوزه مدیریت بازاریابی و راهبردی ورزش و مدیران و کارکنان سازمان لیگ برتر فوتبال و ورزشکاران و مربیان، به‌عنوان نمونه پژوهش، با پاسخ به پرسش‌نامۀ مندلو (1991) و ثقفی (1393)، به تعیین میزان قدرت، منافع، پتانسیل (تهدید و همکاری) و فوریت ذی‌نفعان پرداختند. تجزیه و تحلیل بر اساس نرم افزار اس.پی.اس.اس صورت گرفت. نتایج حاکی از آن بود که سازمان لیگ برتر فوتبال دارای 2 گروه ذی‌نفعان است: ذی‌نفعان اصلی (حامیان مالی، رسانه‌های ورزش ملی، دولت و ارگان‌های دولتی، بازیکنان و مربیان و داوران حاضر در لیگ برتر) و ذی‌نفعان اولیه (هواداران و تماشاگران لیگ)، که در این میان، دولت و ارگان‌های دولتی دارای پتانسیل تهدید و همکاری بالایی هستند و به دلیل بالا بودن میزان فوریت، باید به‌عنوان یک ذی‌نفع مهم، استراتژی مشارکت دادن در نظر گرفته‌شود. نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند به مدیران و برنامه‌ریزان کمک نماید تا بدانند در برخورد با هر ذی‌نفع چه استراتژی را بکار گیرند و در نهایت با تأمین خواسته‌های آنان بتوانند به سمت حرفه‌ای گرایی گام بردارد.

چکیده [English]

The presence of various stakeholders has challenged the leaders of the league organization with the challenges of planning and allocating offenders and the purpose of this study was to provide strategic analysis of the stakeholders of the organization of the League of Football of the Islamic Republic of Iran. For this purpose, 197 academic experts in the field of marketing and strategic management of sport, managers and staff of the League of Football Premier League, athletics and coach as a sample of the research, responded to the Mandlo (1991) and Saghfi (1393) questionnaire to determine the amount of power, interests, potential (threat and cooperation) And urgent stakeholders. Analysis was performed on the basis of SPSS software. The results indicate that the League has two groups of stakeholders: the main stakeholders (sponsors, national sports media, government and government organs, players and coaches, and referees in the Premier League) and primary stakeholders (Fans and spectators of the league). In the meantime, the government and government agencies have high potential threats and partnerships, and because of the high degree of urgency, a participatory strategy should be considered as an important stakeholder. The results of this research can help managers and planners to understand what strategy they should take in dealing with each and every one of them, and ultimately they can take professionalism with their demands.
