چکیده
پژوهش حاضر باهدف طراحی مدل راهکارهای بهبود نظام باشگاهداری ورزش حرفهای ایران با تأکید بر قراردادهای ورزشی اجرا گردید. پژوهش حاضر ازلحاظ هدف کاربردی، روش تحقیق، آمیخته از نوع اکتشافی متوالی و شیوه گردآوری پیمایشی بود. جامعة آماری در بخش کیفی را صاحبنظران شامل میشوند که این افراد، بهصورت هدفمند از نوع معیاری، برای مصاحبههای کیفی در موضوع پژوهش انتخاب گردید (13 نفر) و تا حد اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. جامعه آماری بخش کمی ﺷﺎﻣﻞ همان گروه بخش کیفی با تعداد بیشتر میباشد. از بین 122 نمونه پژوهش، 81 پرسشنامه صحیح مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در پژوهش حاضر مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته و پرسشنامه محققساخته بود. بهمنظور تجزیهوتحلیل دادههای پژوهش حاضر از کدگذاری در بخش کیفی و از روش معادلات ساختاری در بخش کمی استفاده گردید. در بخش کیفی پژوهش مشخص گردید که مقولهها در قالب 20 کد مفهومی و 3 مقوله اصلی استخراج شد. در بخش کمی نیز مشخص گردید که هر 3 مقولة اصلی پژوهش (مدیریتی، دانشی و نیروی انسانی) از برازش مناسبی برخوردار است. به مدیران باشگاههای ورزشی توصیه میشود که از دانش حقوقی لازم در زمینه قراردادهای ورزشی آگاهی یابند که میتوانند از مشاوران حقوقی در باشگاه خود بهره گیرند.

The present study was conducted with the aim of designing a model for improving the professional sports club management system in Iran with an emphasis on sports contracts. The present study in terms of purpose is Applied, Research Methods, Sequential exploratory mix And the method of collection was survey. The statistical population in the qualitative section includes experts who were purposefully selected from the standard type for qualitative interviews on the subject of research (13 people) and continued to the point of theoretical saturation. The statistical population of the quantitative section is the same as the qualitative section group with more numbers. Out of 122 research samples, 81 correct questionnaires were analyzed. The data collection tool in the present study was a semi-structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire. In order to analyze the data of the present study, coding in the qualitative part and structural equation method in the quantitative part were used. In the qualitative part of the research, it was found that the categories were extracted in the form of 20 concept codes and 3 main categories. In the quantitative part, it was found that all three main categories of research (management, knowledge and manpower) have a good fit. Sports club managers are advised to have the necessary legal knowledge in the field of sports contracts that they can use the legal advisors in their club.
