چکیده

در دنیای امروز، توسعۀ فناوری‌های اطلاعاتی با هدف ایجاد تحول و پیشرفت در سازمان ضروری به‌نظر می‌رسد و آنچه در این تحول از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است، آگاهی کارکنان از منابع اطلاعاتی و مهارت و یا سواد فناوری اطلاعات می‌باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی وضعیتسوادفناوری اطلاعات کارکنانسازمان‌های ورزشی است. بدین‌منظور، 176 مدیر و 194 نفر از کارشناسان ستادی این سازمان‌ها با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری تصادفی به‌عنوان نمونۀ آماری انتخاب شدند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که میزان سواد فناوری اطلاعات کارکنان سازمان‌های ورزشی در حد متوسط می‌باشد. علاوه‌براین، تفاوت معنا‌داری بین خرده‌مقیاس‌های سواد عمومی کامپیوتر در سازمان‌های ورزشی مشاهده می‌شود؛ به‌نحوی‌که سواد فناوری اطلاعات کارکنان فدراسیون‌های ورزشی، کمتر از وزارت ورزش و جوانان و ادارۀ کل تربیت‌بدنی مدارس می‌باشد. همچنین، یافته‌ها بیانگر این هستند که تمامیزیرگروه‌هایسوادعمومیکامپیوتر،پیش‌بینی‌کننده‌هایمعنا‌داریبرای سوادکامپیوتریمی‌باشند. درنهایت، باید گفت فناوری اطلاعات به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین شاخص‌های پیشرفت سازمان‌ها‌ به‌شمار می‌رود و فراهم‌آوردن شرایط مطلوب جهت آشنایی بیشتر با آن و ارتقای سطح سواد عمومی فناوری اطلاعات کارکنان سازمان‌ها باید جزو اولویت‌های هر سازمان ورزشی باشد.

چکیده [English]

Today, information technology development, with the purpose of making changes and progress in the organization seems necessary. And what is important in these changes is staff’s awareness about sources and skills or informational literacy. The aim of this study is to evaluate information technology literacy situation of staff in sport organizations. So to this end, 176 managers and 194 experts were randomly selected as sample of the study and responded to the self-made questioner about information technology literacy. To measure the face and content validity (panel of expert), construct validity (exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis), and reliability (Cronbach’s alpha) was used. Descriptive and inferential statistical (ANOVA-MANOVA- multiple regressions) were used also using (LISREL) software (Version 8/52) and SPSS (Version 17). The results revealed information technology literacy of staff of sport organizations was average. The result of MANOVA showed significant difference between micro scales of computer general literacy. So, that Information technology literacy of sport federation staffs was less than sport ministry staffs and the putty of education and physical education. Multiple regression analysis revealed full micro of computer literacy was significant forecasting for computer literacy. In finally we can say that; information technology is as one of the most important criteria for organizations. And should to proper important condition for acquainted with it and must be in priority improving of staff literacy.
