چکیده

لازمۀ واکنش مؤثر به تغییرات محیطی و کسب مزیت رقابتی در شرکت‌های تولیدی ورزشی، دست‌یابی به چابکی سازمانی است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین اثر چابکی سازمانی بر عملکرد سازمانی در شرکت‌های تولیدی ورزشی و ارائۀ مدل بود. روش این پژوهش، توصیفی ـ هم‌بستگی بوده ‌و به‌صورت میدانی اجرا شده است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش را کلیۀ شرکت‌های تولیدی ورزشی شهر تهران که به‌صورت تمام‌شمار به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند، تشکیل دادند. تعداد شرکت‌های تولیدی ورزشی 70 مورد بود که از هر شرکت، سه نفر (مدیر شرکت، مدیر بازاریابی و مدیر‌فروش) و درمجموع، 210 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردیدند. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که بین چابکی سازمانی و ابعاد آن با عملکرد شرکت‌های تولیدی ورزشی رابطۀ معناداری وجود دارد. نتایج حاصل از آزمون تی تک‌نمونه‌ای نیز بیانگر آن است که میزان چابکی سازمانی و ابعاد آن در شرکت‌های تولیدی ورزشی از وضعیت مطلوبی برخوردار می‌باشد. همچنین، نتایج نشان می‌دهد که مدل اثر چابکی سازمانی بر عملکرد شرکت‌های تولیدی ورزشی از برازش خوبی برخوردار بوده و چابکی سازمانی می‌تواند به‌طور مناسبی 38 درصد از تغییرات عملکرد شرکت‌های تولیدی ورزشی را پیش‌بینی نماید. به‌طور‌کلی، شرکت‌های تولیدی ورزشی به‌منظور افزایش عملکرد سازمانی می‌بایست عوامل و زمینه‌های ایجادکنندۀ چابکی سازمانی را فراهم و تقویت نمایند.

چکیده [English]

Requirement for effective response to environmental changes and gaining a competitive advantage in sports manufacturing corporations is achieving to organizational agility. The purpose of present study is to determine the effects of organizational agilitiy on organizational performance in sports manufacturing companies. The number of sports manufacturing companies was 70, of each one 3 persons (manager, marketing manager, and sales manager) were selected as sample. The results of data analysis indicated that there was a significant relationship between enterprise agility and its dimensions and performance of sports manufacturing corporations. One-sample t test results also showed that the organizational agility and its dimensions have desirable situation in sport manufacturing corporations. The results showed that the model for the effect of organizational agility on organizational performance in sports production companies enjoys a good fitness. Also, the results showed that organizational agility can appropriately predict 38% of the variations of organizational performance in sport manufacturing corporations. Generally, sports manufacturing companies should improve the components of organizational agility in order to enhance organizational performance.
