نقش فرهنگ سازمانی و مدیریت دانش در هوش سازمانی کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش فرهنگ سازمانی و مدیریت دانش در هوش سازمانی کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان انجام شد. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش را که با روش توصیفی ـ پیمایشی صورت گرفت، کلیۀ کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان به تعداد 746 نفر تشکیل دادند. نمونۀ آماری نیز با استفاده از جدول حجم نمونۀ کرجسای و مورگان و نیز نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده، 255 نفر به‌دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که فرهنگ سازمانی و مدیریت دانش به‌صورت مستقیم بر هوش سازمانی کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان تأثیر می‌گذارد. همچنین، فرهنگ سازمانی به‌صورت مستقیم بر مدیریت دانش کارکنان اثرگذار می‌باشد. با توجه به نتایج به‌نظر می‌رسد که برای توسعۀ هوش سازمانی کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان، توجه ویژه به فرهنگ سازمانی و مدیریت دانش ضروری می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]

The present study explores the role of organizational culture and knowledge management in organizational intelligence of the Iranian Ministry of Sport and Youth staff. The research was descriptive, conducted according to survey method. The statistical population of the study was the Sport and Youth Ministry staff (N = 746). Using Krejcie and Morgan table, sample size was calculated to be 255 people who were selected through simple random sampling. Results showed that organizational culture and knowledge management had a direct effect on organizational intelligence. Also, organizational culture had a direct effect on knowledge management of employees. According to the results, it seems that in order to improve organizational intelligence among employees of the Ministry of Sport and Youth, it is necessary to pay special attention to the culture and knowledge management of the organization.
