چکیده

سازمان‌ها باید محیطی را برای اشتراک، انتقال و تقابل دانش در میان اعضای خود به‌‎وجود آورند، افراد را درجهت بامفهوم‌کردن تعاملات‌شان آموزش دهند و در بسترسازی و شناسایی عوامل زمینه‌ای برای استقرار مدیریت دانش در سازمان بکوشند؛ لذا، هدف از این پژوهش، شناسایی عوامل تسهیل‌کننده و ارائۀ الگوییبه‌منظور پیاده‌سازی موفق استراتژی مدیریت دانش در کمیتۀ ملی المپیک ایران می‌باشد. روش این پژوهش پیمایشی ـ تحلیلی بود و جامعۀآماری آن را کلیۀ ذی‌نفعان کمیتۀ ملی المپیک (326 نفر) (برابر با نمونۀ آماری) تشکیل دادند. با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، 13 مؤلفه در قالب پنج عامل اصلی در پرسش‌نامه عوامل تسهیل‌کننده مدیریت دانش شناسایی شدند. سپسباروش مدل یابی معادلاتساختاری، الگوی پیشنهادی مورد برازش قرار گرفت. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان میدهد که کلیۀ شاخص‌های نیکویی برازش در دامنۀ قابل‌قبولی قرار دارند. همچنین، مدلی پنج عاملی برای موفقیت مدیریت دانش در کمیتۀ ملی المپیک ارائه گردید. علاوه‌براین، با توجه به میزان ضریب تأثیر هریک از عوامل بر مدیریت دانش مشخص شد که عامل منابع انسانی دارای بیشترین نقش بر استقرار موفق مدیریت دانش است و سایر عوامل به‌ترتیب عبارت‌ هستند از: فناوری اطلاعات، فرهنگ ‌سازمانی، استراتژی مدیریت دانش و ساختار سازمانی.

چکیده [English]

Knowledge Management (KM) is a process that transforms individual knowledge into organizational knowledge. The aim of this research is to present a model that consists of a set of facilitators for successful KM implementation in National Olympic Committee (NOC) of Iran. Population of this study was all of managers and staff in NOC. Exploratory factor analysis was conducted to identify the factor structure of this study, and it yielded 5 main factors consisting of 13 dimensions. The Convergent and discriminant validity of the measurement scales by using average variance extracted in this study were confirmed. The proposed model with 5 constructs was evaluated through Structural Equation Modeling analysis.The results demonstrate that the proposed model has the best-fitting and show the amount effects of any observed independent variables on latent independent variable. Moreover, our results reveal pepole as the most vital factor of knowledge management effectiveness and then Information technology, organisational culture, KM strategy and finally organizational structure respectively. Finally, we can say this study presents a local structural equation model for KM facilitators in National Olympic Committee of Iran.
