چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطۀ بین جو سازمانی وکیفیت زندگی کاری با بهره­وری کارکنان آکادمی و کمیتۀ ملی المپیک می­باشد. روش این پژوهش­، پیمایشی بوده و از نوع مطالعات هم­بستگی می­باشد. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش را کارکنان آکادمی و کمیتۀ ملی المپیک به تعداد­ 95 نفر تشکیل دادند­. نمونۀ پژوهش نیز به­شکل کل­شمار انتخاب گردید نتایج نشان می­دهد که بین جو سازمانی و بهره­وری و نیز بین ابعاد کیفیت زندگی کاری و بهره­وری، ارتباط مثبت و معنا­داری وجود دارد. همچنین، مشخص شد که جو سازمانی به­عنوان متغیر اثرگذار بر کیفیت زندگی کاری مطرح می­باشد و به­شکل مستقیم بر بهره­وری تأثیر­­ می­گذارد. با توجه به یافته­ها می­توان گفت که جو سازمانی مثبت و محیط سالم در سازمان و نیز توجه به کیفیت زندگی کاری افراد سازمان باعث می­شود که آن­ها ­بیشتر احساس مسئولیت نمایند و بهره­وری خود را در­زمینۀ رشد و تعالی سازمان افزایش دهند.

چکیده [English]

The present research seeks to inspect the relationship between the organizational climate and the quality of work life with productivity health amongemployees of national Olympic academic and national Olympic committee. The research method was correlation and survey. The statistical population included of all national Olympic academy and national Olympic committee. The sample of study consisted of 79 employees. The results showed a statistically positive and significant relationship between the organizational climate and productivity, and between the quality of work dimensions and productivity. Organizational climate is an effective variable on the quality of work life, and has a direct effect on the productivity.
