چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثرات مهارتهای ارتباطی و رفتار شهروندی بر سرمایههای اجتماعی در سازمانهای ورزشی استان همدان بود. این پژوهش، توصیفی بوده و از نوع مطالعات توصیفی ـ همبستگی میباشد. تعداد 205 نفر از کارکنان شاغل در سازمانهای ورزشی استان همدان با روش نمونةگیری خوشهای و بهصورت تصادفی بهعنوان نمونة آماری انتخاب شدند. براساس نتایج مشاهده میشود که بین مهارتهای ارتباطی، رفتار شهروندی و سرمایة اجتماعی همبستگی مناسبی وجود دارد. همچنین، یافتهها نشان میدهند که مهارتهای ارتباطی به میزان بر رفتار شهروندی تأثیر گذاشته و رفتار شهروندی نیز به میزان بر کسب سرمایة اجتماعی کارکنان سازمانهای ورزشی استان همدان اثرگذار میباشد. علاوهبراین، متغیرهای مهارتهای ارتباطی و رفتار شهروندی، توان پیشبینی معنادار سرمایة اجتماعی کارکنان سازمانهای ورزشی استان همدان را دارند.

چکیده [English]
This study aims to investigate the effects of communication skill and citizenship behavior on social capital in sport organizations of Hamadan. This research is descriptive-correlational study. 205 employees of sport organizations in Hamadan were selected as statistical sample with cluster random sampling. Communication skill inventory with reliability, organizational behavior inventory with reliability and social capital inventory with reliability were used. descriptive data was used to describe data and effects of observed variables on hidden variables. Based on structural equations model’s results, communication skills are influential on organizational behavior by. organizational citizenship behavior is also influential on social capital of employees in sport organizations in Hamadan by. Communication skills and organizational citizenship behavior can significantly predict social capital of sport organizations in Hamadan.
