چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطۀ بین استراتژی­های دانش با ظرفیت یادگیری فردی و سازمانی در بین معلمان تربیت­بدنی مدارس دخترانۀ شهر اصفهان می­باشد. این پژوهش از نوع علی ـ هم­بستگی بوده و جامعۀ آماری آن را کلیۀ معلمان تربیت­بدنی مدارس دخترانۀ نواحی شش­گانۀ شهر اصفهان به تعداد 294 نفر تشکیل دادند. حجم نمونه نیز برابر با 167 نفر انتخاب شد­. ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ­و­ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ آﻣﺎری ﻧﺸﺎن می­دهد ﻛﻪ ﻣﻴﺎن استراتژی­های دانش با ظرفیت یادگیری فردی و ظرفیت یادگیری سازمانی ارتباط مثبت و معنا­داری وجود دارد. همچنین، برمبنای یافته­ها، مدل پیشنهادی پژوهش تأیید می­شود؛ لذا، با استناد به این مدل، تأثیر مستقیم بازیابی دانش بر یادگیری سازمانی، به کارگیری دانش بر یادگیری فردی، تسهیم دانش بر یادگیری فردی و تسهیم دانش بر یادگیری سازمانی و نیز تأثیرات غیر­مستقیم مدل تأیید می­شود. به­طورکلی، نتایج پژوهش بیانگر آن است که تمام ابعاد استراتژی­های دانش، تأثیر مثبت­ و معناداری بر ظرفیت یادگیری دارند.

چکیده [English]

The main purpose of this study is the relationship between knowledge strategies with organizational and individual learning capacity of physical education teachers in isfahan. The research methods were causal – solidarity. The statistical basis of that concerning all physical education teachers of girly schools of 6 districts in isfahan including 514 participants and 167 teachers were selected as sample size. Statistical analysis showed that there is a significant positive relationship betweenknowledge strategies individual learning capacityand organizational learning capacity. According to this model, the direct effects of knowledge retrieval on organization learning, knowledge utilization on individual learning, knowledge sharing on individual learningand knowledge sharing on organizational learningwere confirmed and the indirect effects of the model were confirmed too. The results show that all aspects of the knowledge strategies have a significant and positive impact on learning capacity.
