چکیده

 دردودهۀاخیر،عملکردسازمانیبهیکیازموضوعاتمورد­توجهوجذابتبدیل شدهاست واینتمایل، همدرزمینه­های پژوهشیوهمدرزمینه­هایکاربردی، منجربهبروز نوآوری­هایبسیاریشدهاست؛ بنابراین، هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی ارتباط بین مدیریت دانش و عملکرد سازمانی در سازمان­های ورزشی می­باشد. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش را تمامی مدیران وزارت­خانۀ ورزش و جوانان، کمیتۀ ملی المپیک و پاراالمپیک، آکادمی ملی المپیک و رؤسای فدراسیون­های ورزشی به تعداد 331 نفر تشکیل دادند که از این میان و با استناد به جدول مورگان،­­180 نفر از طریق ­نمونه­گیری طبقه­ای متناسب با حجم و تصادفی جهت شرکت در پژوهش انتخاب شدند. یافته­ها نشان می­دهد که ارتباط معناداری بین عملکرد سازمانی و مدیریت دانش وجود دارد. همچنین، مشخص شد که در بین ابعاد مدیریت دانش، چهار خرده­مقیاس تعیین اهداف دانشی، کسب دانش، توسعۀ دانش، اشتراک و توزیع دانش و به­کارگیری دانش، ارتباط معناداری با عملکرد سازمانی دارند، اما میان خرده­مقیاس­های ارزیابی دانش، شناسایی دانش و نگه­داری دانش با عملکرد سازمانی ارتباط معنا­داری مشاهده نشد. به­طور­کلی، یافته­های پژوهش بیانگر این هستند که مدیریت دانش، پیش­بین مهمی برای عملکرد سازمانی می­باشد؛ بنابراین، لازم است مدیران سازمان­های ورزشی نسبت به برگزاری دوره­های دانش­افزایی تخصصی مرتبط با زمینه­های مختلف کاری ورزش در سازمان اقدام نمایند.

The Prediction of Organizational Performance through Knowledge Management in Sports Organizations

چکیده [English]

In two recent decades, organizational performance has been an important subject. This intent resulted in many innovations in practical and researches approaches. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to predict of organizational performance through knowledge management in sports organizations (based on ACHIEVE model). The statistical popularly was all managers of sport and young's ministry, national Olympic committee, national paralympics committee, national Olympic academy, and sport federations (N=331). Based on Morgan's table, 180 people were selected to this Research. The results of present study showed that there was significant relationship between knowledge management and organizational performance.
Generally, the results showed that knowledge management is an important predictor for organizational performance. Therefore, managers must do programs to increase of knowledge management of theire employees.
