چکیده
هدف این پژوهش بررسی ارتباط بین عدالت سازمانی ادراکشده، پایبندی به قراردادهای روان-شناختی و رفتارهای شهروندی سازمانی معلمان تربیتبدنی شهرستانهای استان تهران بود. روش پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و جامعه آماری شامل کلیه معلمان تربیتبدنی شهرستانهای استان تهران در سال تحصیلی 92-91 (بالغ بر 1528 نفر) بود. نمونه آماری به صورت تصادفی و طبق جدول نمونهگیری کرجسی و مورگان، 314 نفر انتخاب شد. ابزار اندازهگیری دادهها شامل پرسشنامههای رفتار شهروندی سازمانی لی و آلن (2002)، عدالت سازمانی ادارک شده نیهوف و مورمن (1993) و پایبندی به قراردادهای روانشناختی راسئو (1995) بود. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد بین عدالت سازمانی ادراکشده در هر سه بعد توزیعی، رویهای و تعاملی و همچنین پایبندی به قراردادهای روانشناختی در هر دو بعد تبادلی و رابطهای با رفتارهای شهروندی سازمانی معطوف به همکاران و سازمان رابطه معنادار وجود دارد (05/0 P≤). همچنین از بین ابعاد عدالت سازمانی، عدالت توزیعی و تعاملی قابلیت پیشبینی معنادار برای پایبندی به قراردادهای روانشناختی را داشت (05/0 P≤). ضمنا، پایبندی به قراردادهای روانشناختی تبادلی، عدالت توزیعی و عدالت تعاملی، 86/49 درصد از واریانس رفتار شهروندی سازمانی را تبیین نمود. پیشنهاد میشود عدالت سازمانی و پایبندی به قراردادهای روانشناختی به عنوان پیشبینهای مهم رفتارهای شهروندی سازمانی معلمان تربیتبدنی شهرستانهای استان تهران مدنظر مسئولان این سازمان قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]
The purpose of the study was studying the relationship between percepted organizational justice, Psychological Contract Breach and organizational citizenship behavior of physical education teacher Tehran provienc sities. Research method was descriptive- correlation.
The statistical population was all of physical education in Tehran province cities (include 1582 peoples). The sample of statistical according to Kerjesi & Morgan sampling table was 314 peoples. The data analysis was accomplished descriptive and infrentional statistic. The instrument was organizational justice (Neihoff & Moorman, 1993), organizational citizenship behaviors (Lee & Allen, 2002) and Psychological contracts breach (Rousseau, 1995), questionnaires. The results were showed the relationship between organizational justice and Psychological contracts breach with organizational citizenship behaviors. Also, organizational justice prospects Psychological contracts breach. The results of regression analysis showed Psychological contracts breach, organizational justice inconsistent 49.86 percent of variation of organizational citizenship behaviors.
