ارائه مدل عوامل بازدارنده مؤثر بر رفتارهای نژادپرستانه در ورزش با استفاده از راهبرد نظریه داده بنیاد

چکیده
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین و ارائه مدلی از عوامل بازدارنده مؤثر بر رفتارهای نژادپرستانه در ورزش انجام شد، چرا که ورزش به عنوان بستری برای تعاملات اجتماعی می‌تواند نقش مهمی در تقویت یا تضعیف نابرابری‌های نژادی ایفا کند.
روش: این پژوهش کیفی با استفاده از روش نظریه‌سازی داده‌بنیاد و رویکرد سیستماتیک اشتراوس و کوربین انجام شد. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 15 نفر از صاحب‌نظران و متخصصان حوزه مدیریت ورزشی، جامعه‌شناسی و روان‌شناسی ورزشی، مربیان و داوران ورزشی گردآوری شد. نمونه‌گیری ابتدا به روش هدفمند (با انتخاب صاحب‌نظران شناخته‌شده) و سپس به روش گلوله‌برفی (با معرفی شرکت کنندگان جدید از سوی افراد اولیه) انجام گرفت. و داده‌ها طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی تحلیل شدند. روایی پژوهش از طریق درگیری مستمر با داده‌ها، بازبینی توسط مشارکت‌کنندگان و مقایسه‌های مداوم تضمین شد. برای اطمینان از پایایی، از ضریب توافق بین کدگذاران (0.83) استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که نژادپرستی در ورزش تحت تأثیر دو دسته شرایط علّی است: ساختار قدرت و سیاست‌های تبعیض‌آمیز نهادی، و نابرابری اقتصادی و سرمایه‌گذاری ورزشی. پدیده اصلی رفتارهای نژادپرستانه در محیط‌های ورزشی است که زمینه‌های تاریخی-فرهنگی، هنجارسازی، رسانه‌ها و بازنمایی سنتی بر آن تأثیرگذارند. بازیگران کلیدی مانند مربیان، مدیران و هواداران نقش مداخله‌گر دارند. راهبردهای مقابله شامل آموزش، ظرفیت‌سازی، تغییر فرهنگی و سازوکارهای حمایتی و عدالت ترمیمی است که به سلامت روانی و ایجاد محیط ورزشی فراگیر کمک می‌کند و تعارضات نژادی را کاهش می‌دهد. نتایج نشان داد که مقابله با نژادپرستی در ورزش نیازمند رویکردی جامع شامل اصلاح ساختارهای اقتصادی، سیاسی و فرهنگی است. تدوین قوانین ضدتبعیض، آموزش‌های آگاهی‌بخش و تقویت ارزش‌های اخلاقی می‌تواند به ایجاد محیطی عادلانه و فراگیر در ورزش منجر شود. این پژوهش مدلی پارادایمی ارائه کرد که می‌تواند به عنوان چارچوبی برای سیاست‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی در جهت کاهش نژادپرستی در ورزش مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Presenting a Model of Inhibiting Factors Affecting Racist Behaviors in Sports Using Grounded Theory Strategy

Racism in sports remains a global issue, undermining values of equality and fairness. Despite awareness and anti-racism efforts, structural, economic, and socio-cultural factors perpetuate discrimination in sports. This study uses a grounded theory approach to identify and model factors inhibiting racist behaviors, exploring economic disparities, political policies, cultural stereotypes, and organizational dynamics. The goal is to provide insights for policymakers and stakeholders to foster inclusive, anti-racist sports environments.
Materials and Methods
This qualitative, exploratory research involved 15 experts in sports management, sociology, and psychology, along with coaches and referees with direct experience of racism. Purposive and snowball sampling ensured participant relevance. Semi-structured interviews explored factors preventing racism and control strategies. Data were analyzed through open, axial, and selective coding using MAXQDA 2020. Validity was confirmed via triangulation and intercoder reliability of 83%.
Findings
Analysis revealed 142 concepts grouped into 21 categories and six main components: causal conditions (power structures, policies, economic inequalities), the core phenomenon (racist behaviors), contextual conditions (cultural stereotypes, media influence), intervening conditions (key actors like coaches and fans), strategies (education, policy reforms), and positive outcomes (mental health improvement, inclusivity).
Conclusion
Racism in sports stems from deep-rooted structural, economic, and cultural factors. Effective solutions require education, capacity-building, transparent policies, and inclusive organizations. Addressing racism enhances athletes’ well-being and participation, offering a comprehensive framework for creating equitable sports environments.
