چکیده

هدف از این تحقیق بررسی ارتباط ساختار سازمانی و ویژگی¬های کارآفرینانه مدیران سازمان¬های ورزشی کشور بود. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش تحقیق توصیفی- همبستگی و از نظر نوع جمع¬آوری داده¬ها، میدانی است. جامعه مورد نظر را کلیه مدیران سازمان¬های ورزشی جمهوری اسلامی ایران تشکیل داده¬اند. نمونه آماری تحقیق برابر با جامعه آماری بصورت تمام شمار (293 نفر) است. ابزار مورد استفاده متشکل از دو پرسشنامه که یکی مربوط به ساختار سازمانی و دیگری مربوط به کارآفرینی سازمانی بود که روایی محتوایی آن توسط 12 نفر از اساتید تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی و پایایی آن به روش آلفای کرونباخ در یک مطالعه مقدماتی (71%=r ساختار سازمانی و 83%=r ویژگی¬های کارآفرینی) تعیین شد. اطلاعات مورد نیاز به صورت حضوری در محل فعالیت مدیران سازمان¬ها جمع¬آوری و برای توصیف اطلاعات از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده¬شد. یافته¬ها نشان¬داد که بین کارآفرینی سازمانی با (سابقه خدمت و رسمیت سازمانی) ارتباط معنادار وجود دارد. بین کارآفرینی سازمانی با (سن، تحصیلات، پیچیدگی سازمانی، تمرکز سازمانی) ارتباط معناداری وجود ندارد.

چکیده [English]

The purposive of this study is investigating the relationship between organizational structure and entrepreneurship of managers of physical organizations in Iran. This study has an applicative object, seurvey method was chosen and information gathered through field method. Specific population was all managers of physical organizations in Islamic republic of Iran. Specific sample is conforming to specific population. This study used 2 types of questionnaires: one for organizational structure and another for entrepreneurship, which their reliability was estimated by 12 professors of physical science and estimated by Alpha Cronbach’s method. (R-71% organizational structure, r-83% entrepreneurship characteristics). Needed information was gathered personally from managers and we use descriptive method to analyze results. Outcome shows that there is a significant relation between organizational entrepreneurship and work experience organizational formality, there is no relation between organizational entrepreneurship and age, education background, organizational complication and focus.
