Abstract

The purposive of this study is investigating the relationship between organizational structure and entrepreneurship of managers of physical organizations in Iran. This study has an applicative object, seurvey method was chosen and information gathered through field method. Specific population was all managers of physical organizations in Islamic republic of Iran. Specific sample is conforming to specific population. This study used 2 types of questionnaires: one for organizational structure and another for entrepreneurship, which their reliability was estimated by 12 professors of physical science and estimated by Alpha Cronbach’s method. (R-71% organizational structure, r-83% entrepreneurship characteristics). Needed information was gathered personally from managers and we use descriptive method to analyze results. Outcome shows that there is a significant relation between organizational entrepreneurship and work experience organizational formality, there is no relation between organizational entrepreneurship and age, education background, organizational complication and focus.
