چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش تحلیل محتوای متغیرهای حقوقی پژوهش‌های انجام شده در حوزة حمایت مالی در ورزش ایران بود. روش مطالعه در پژوهش حاضر کیفی و از نوع فراترکیب بود و برای گردآوری داده‌ها از مطالعات علمی انجام شده در حوزه حمایت مالی استفاده شد. به منظور جست و جوی نظامند بر مقالات منتشر شده در نشریات و پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی از واژگان کلیدی " حمایت مالی" ، " حامیان مالی "، "حمایت ورزش" استفاده شد. از میان 112 مطالعه، 72 مطالعه حذف و 40 مطالعه وارد فرآیند تجزیه و تحلیل شد. معیار ورود مطالعات علمی پژوهشی چاپ شده بین سال‌های 1388 تا 1401 بود و مطالعات پیش از آن از فرآیند تجزیه و تحلیل خارج شد. علاوه بر این پژوهش‌هایی که با عناوین یکسان انجام شده بودند و یا با هدف و سوال تحقیق تناسبی نداشتند نیز از فرآیند تجزیه و تحلیل خارج شدند. روش تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات در این پژوهش تحلیل محتوا بود. بررسی‌ها نشان داد که غالب پژوهش‌ها به بررسی موانع و یا راهکارهای جذب حمایت مالی در ورزش پرداخته‌اند. پس از کدگذاری مقالات 7 مقوله حقوقی شامل (قانونی، مالکیت فکری، مدیریتی، اقتصادی، رسانه‌ای، حکمرانی و تبلیغات) برای هرکدام از ابعاد موانع و راهکارهای جذب حمایت مالی در ورزش شناسایی شد. بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود پیش از به رأی گذاشته شدن طرح حمایت از ورزش و ورزشکاران توسط نمایندگان مجلس، موانع و راهکارهای شناسایی شده مورد توجه قرار گرفته و متناسب با آن به تصویب طرح پرداخته شود که به صورت جامع گره گشای مشکلات صنعت ورزش باشد.

Meta- Synthesis of the legal variables of the researches carried out in the field of financial support in Iran's sports industry

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research was to analyze the content of the legal variables of the research conducted in the field of financial support in Iranian sports. The study method in the present study was qualitative and Meta- Synthesis and scientific studies conducted in the field of financial support were used to collect data. In order to search the articles published in magazines and databases, the key words "financial support", "financial sponsors", "sports support" were used. Among112 studies,72 studies were excluded and40 studies were included in the analysis process. The inclusion criteria were scientific research studies published between 1388 and 1401, and previous studies were excluded from the analysis process.In addition to this, the researches that were conducted with the same titles or did not fit with the purpose and question of the research were also excluded from the analysis process. The method of data analysis in this research was content analysis.The surveys showed that most of the researches have investigated the obstacles or solutions to attract financial support in sports. After coding the articles,7 legal categories including (legal, intellectual property, managerial, economic, media, governance and advertising) were identified for each of the dimensions of obstacles and strategies for attracting financial support in sports. Therefore,it is suggested that before voting on the support plan for sports and athletes by the members of the parliament, the identified obstacles and solutions should be taken into consideration and the plan should be approved accordingly,which will comprehensively solve the problems of the sports industry.
