چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر تدوین مدل ارتباطی سرمایه اجتماعی و رضایت شغلی اعضای هیات علمی دانشکده های تربیت بدنی ایران بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش همه اعضای هیات علمی دانشکده های تربیت بدنی دانشگاه های دولتی و آزاد کشور بود (520=N) که بر مبنای جدول مورگان 220 نفر به طور تصادفی – طبقه‌ای برای نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شدند. برای دستیابی به اهداف تحقیق از پرسشنامه رضایت شغلی هرزبرگ و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته سرمایه اجتماعی استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی ازجمله کلموگروف- اسمیرنوف، t- استودنت تک گروهی، تحلیل مسیر و برای تعیین روابط علی بین متغیرها از روش مدل معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از دو نرم افزار AMOS و SPSS استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد سرمایه اجتماعی با ضریب مسیر 71/0 بر رضایت شغلی اثر می‌گذارد. در ارتباط بین سرمایه اجتماعی و رضایت شغلی اعضای هیات علمی دانشکده‌های تربیت بدنی، زیرمولفه‌های انسجام و همبستگی با بار عاملی 85/0، رضایت از امنیت شغلی با بارعاملی 82/0، اعتماد با بارعاملی 78/0، تعاون و همکاری با بار عاملی 77/0، همدلی، درک و احترام متقابل و رضایت از شرایط فیزیکی کار هر کدام با بارعاملی 73/0، رضایت از فرصت‌های ارتقاء با بارعاملی 72/0، رضایت از حقوق و مزایا با بارعاملی 71/0، رضایت از نحوه سرپرستی و ارتباطات با بارعاملی 65/0، شبکه‌های اجتماعی با بارعاملی 48/0 و رضایت از ماهیت کار با بارعاملی 36/0 بیشترین نقش را دارند (05/0p<). همچنین مدل ارتباطی بین آنها از برازش مطلوب برخوردار است.

The purpose of this research was to design relationship model of the social capital and the job satisfaction of faculty members of Iran's physical education college. Statistical population of this study included all of the faculty members of Iran's physical education college (N=520). On the basis of Morgan table, 220 persons were stratified randomly selected of research samples. To achieve the research goals, the social capital made researcher questionnaire with 33 questions and Herzberg the job satisfaction questionnaire were used. For data analysis the descriptive statistics and inferential statistics methods, including Kolmogorov- Smirnov, Single sample T-student test, path analysis and the method of structural equations model by application of AMOS Graphics software and SPSS were used. Research findings showed that social capital has effect on the job satisfaction with coefficient of 0/73. At the relationship between social capital and job satisfaction of faculty members of Physical Education College the solidarity factor with coefficient of 0.85, the consent of job security factor with coefficient of 0.82, the trust factor with coefficient of 0.78, the cooperation factor with coefficient of 0.77, the mutual respect and the physical conditions of job satisfaction factors with coefficient of 0.73, satisfaction of career promotion opportunities factor with coefficient of 0.72 , satisfaction of supervisory method factor with coefficient of 0.71, communication factor with coefficient of 0.65, social network factor with coefficient of 0.48, and satisfaction of the nature of the work factor with coefficient of 0.36 have the most effect. Also their relationship model is goodness.
