The aim of the study was to analyze of the amount power and interest's stakeholder's talent management system in Guilan province sport based on Mendelow matrix. The present study was carried out in operation, description and in field. The statistical population of the study included athletes, coaches, sports managers and specialists were selected in available method and a total of 203 questionnaires were collected. The study measurement tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that the amount of power and interests of stakeholders were determined in the talent detection system based on the five-point Likert scale and according to the Mendelow (1981) matrix, the score of 3.66 was selected as a third above the scale. The face and content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by 10 sport management professors and the reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha,which was 0.86 for alpha power and 0.90 for interest. Also friedman test was used for ranking the amount power and interest's stakeholders in Guilan province sports talent detection system. Statistical analysis was performed using spss16 software.The findings revealed that among the stakeholders, coaches had the highest power (4.28) and support staffs had the least power (2.95).Also, sport managers had the most interests (4.14) and support staffs had the least interests (3.06).The Mendelow matrix also showed the position of power and the interests of each stakeholder. The results could be used for using communicative strategies and adaptive behaviors to find best responds to the antithetical and different demands in Guilan province sport talent detection system
