چکیده

هدف از تحقیق واکاوی میزان قدرت و منافع ذینفعان سیستم مدیریت استعداد در ورزش استان گیلان بر اساس ماتریس مندلو بود. این تحقیق کاربردی، توصیفی و به شکل میدانی انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل ورزشکاران، مربیان، مدیران و متخصصین ورزشی استان گیلان بود که نمونه‌های شرکت‌کننده به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند؛ در مجموع تعداد 203 پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری شد. ابزار اندازه‌گیری تحقیق پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته‌ای بود که میزان قدرت و منافع ذینفعان را در سیستم استعدادیابی بر اساس طیف پنج ارزشی لیکرت مشخص و مطابق با ماتریس مندلو (1981) تقسیم کرد که عدد 66/3 به عنوان یک سوم بالای مقیاس انتخاب گردید. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه‌ها به تایید 10 تن از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی رسید و پایایی با آلفای کرونباخ مورد تأیید قرار گرفت که برای قدرت آلفا برابر با 86/0 و برای منافع برابر با 90/0 بدست آمد. همچنین از آزمون فریدمن برای رتبه -بندی میزان قدرت و منافع ذینفعان در سیستم استعدادیابی ورزش استان گیلان استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss16 انجام شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد میان ذینفعان مربیان بیشترین قدرت (28/4) و کارکنان پشتیبانی کم‌ترین قدرت (95/2) را دارا هستند. همچنین مدیران ورزش بیشترین منافع (14/4) و کارکنان پشتیبانی کم‌ترین منافع (06/3) را دارند. همچنین ماتریس مندلو جایگاه قدرت و منافع هر یک از ذینفعان را نشان داد. از نتایج تحقیق می‌توان برای به کارگیری استراتژی‌های ارتباطی و رفتارهای سازگارانه به منظور پاسخ‌گویی به تقاضاهای مختلف و متضاد در سیستم استعدادیابی ورزش استان گیلان استفاده کرد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of the study was to analyze of the amount power and interest's stakeholder's talent management system in Guilan province sport based on Mendelow matrix. The present study was carried out in operation, description and in field. The statistical population of the study included athletes, coaches, sports managers and specialists were selected in available method and a total of 203 questionnaires were collected. The study measurement tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that the amount of power and interests of stakeholders were determined in the talent detection system based on the five-point Likert scale and according to the Mendelow (1981) matrix, the score of 3.66 was selected as a third above the scale. The face and content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by 10 sport management professors and the reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha,which was 0.86 for alpha power and 0.90 for interest. Also friedman test was used for ranking the amount power and interest's stakeholders in Guilan province sports talent detection system. Statistical analysis was performed using spss16 software.The findings revealed that among the stakeholders, coaches had the highest power (4.28) and support staffs had the least power (2.95).Also, sport managers had the most interests (4.14) and support staffs had the least interests (3.06).The Mendelow matrix also showed the position of power and the interests of each stakeholder. The results could be used for using communicative strategies and adaptive behaviors to find best responds to the antithetical and different demands in Guilan province sport talent detection system
