چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، طراحی الگوی توسعه ورزش تفریحی بر‌ مبنای فرهنگ قومی بود. این پژوهش با شیوه کیفی و با رویکرد نظریه مبنایی انجام شد. مشارکت کنندگان این پژوهش صاحبنظران در حیطه تربیت بدنی و فرهنگی که عمدتاً فعالیت‌های علمی، پژوهشی و اجرایی نزدیک به پژوهش مورد نظر داشته‌اند، بودند. دسترسی به نمونه‌های پژوهش به شیوه نمونه گیری هدفمند با تکنیک گلوله برفی بود که پس از اخذ مصاحبه نیمه ساختار‌یافته با 18 نفر اشباع نظری صورت گرفت و از روش کدگذاری در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی، جهت تحلیل داده‌ها و برای به دست آوردن روایی داده‌ها از دو روش بازبینی مشارکت‌کنندگان و مرور خبرگان غیر شرکت کننده در پژوهش استفاده شد. از تجزیه‌ و تحلیل داده‌های کیفی 326کد باز به‌‌دست آمد که در 61مقولة محوری قرار گرفتند. درنهایت، 9 مقولة اصلی شامل مفاهیم رایج در ورزش همگانی، وضعیت سنجی، انسجام ملی اقوام، عوامل رفتاری، سازمانی، تمایز ورزشی اقوام، وضعیت اقتصادی و اجتماعی، فرهنگ قومی و اطلاع‌رسانی شناسایی شدند، هفت مقولة اصلی استراتژی‌ها منجر به توسعه ورزش اقوام درقالب پارادایم کدگذاری تعیین شدند و نظریه تدوین و ارائه شد. از نتایج حاصل می‌توان برای تکمیل مبانی نظری مشارکت ورزشی اقوام و مهاجران سود برد و مقوله‌های مشارکت ورزشی اقوام می‌تواند به مسئولین حاکمیّتی در راستای بهبود کیفیت زندگی اقوام و ایجاد عدالت اجتماعی در ورزش استان‌ها و در نتیجه توسعه ورزش تفریحی کمک شایانی نماید.

Designing a Model of Recreational Sport Development Based on Ethnic Culture Grounded Theory Approach

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to design a model of recreational sport development based on ethnic culture. This is a qualitative study using the Grounded Theory method. The participants were composed of all experts in the field of Physical Education and cultural field who mainly had scientific, research and executive activities close to the desired research. Access to subjects were selected in a purposive sampling method on the basis of snowball approach after semi-structured interviews with 18 theoretical saturated individuals. In order to obtain validity of the data, two methods of reviewing the participants and reviewing non-participating experts in the research were used. Data analysis was done by open, axial and selective coding. From the analysis of qualitative data, 326 primary codes were obtained that were classified in 61subsidiary categories. Finally, were identified nine major categories of common concepts in public sports, status assessment, national solidarity of ethnic groups, behavioral factors, ethnic sports discrimination, organizational, economic and social status of society, ethnic culture and informing. The seven main categories of strategies lead to Sport ethnices; all the components of coding paradigm were described and the theory was formulated and presented. Results can be used to complete the theoretical foundations of sports participation of ethnic groups and immigrants and the categories of sports participation of ethnic groups could be claimed that help government officials to improve quality of life of ethnic groups and create social justice in Sports of the provinces and get to the development of recreational sports.
