This study was conducted with the aim of designing a table tennis talent management model in Iran in 2020.The current study methodology was Exploratory mixed method. A questionnaire and interview was used to collect data. The questionnaire was analyzed through structural equations using Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results showed that the five factors of talent detection, talent identification, talent selection, talent development and talent retention are effective on the management of table tennis talent in Iran, which was presented in the model. In general, it can be said that Iranian talent management is a multifaceted approach.
