چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف، امکان سنجی طرح بانک زمان سلامتی براساس امور مرتبط با ورزش در سالمندان انجام شد. روش پژوهش دارای ماهیتی کیفی با استراتژی داده بنیاد و براساس رویکرد تحلیل سیستماتیک است و جامعه آماری آن شامل اعضای هیأت علمی، کارشناسان و متخصصان علوم ورزشی بود و در نهایت از 14 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند مصاحبه به عمل آمد. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها مصاحبه‌ نیمه ساختاریافته بود که روایی آن با استفاده از روش‌های روایی‌سنجی کیفی مطلوب ارزیابی شد و نیز پایایی آن 79/0 بدست آمد. داده‌های به دست آمده با رویکرد استراوس و کوربین (1998) تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. پس از انجام کدگذاری داده‌ها، تعداد 135 کد اولیه، 21 مقوله فرعی و نهایتاً 6 مقوله اصلی از مجموع 14 مصاحبه استخراج شد. 6 مقوله اصلی شامل پدیده محوری (نگرش ویژه به بانک زمان سلامتی سالمندان)، شرایط علی (عوامل فردی، عوامل فرهنگی و عوامل اقتصادی)، عوامل زمینه‌ای (برنامه‌ریزی، حمایتی و حقوقی)، شرایط مداخله‌گر (عوامل قانونی، عوامل فرهنگی-اجتماعی، عوامل سخت افزاری، عوامل فناوری، عوامل محیطی و عوامل رفاهی و بهداشتی)، راهبردها (انسانی، ستادی، مقدماتی، آموزشی و مالی) و پیامدها (توسعه سلامتی، توسعه علمی- پژوهشی و توسعه ارتباطی) می‌باشد. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر، بانک زمان سلامتی طرحی نو و کاربردی در افزایش کیفیت زندگی و سلامت سالمندان است.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of the Health Time Bank project based on sports-related issues in the elderly. The research method has a qualitative nature with the data strategy of the foundation and based on the systematic analysis approach and its statistical population included faculty members, experts and specialists in sports sciences and finally 14 people were interviewed by purposive sampling method. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview whose validity was assessed using qualitative validation methods and its reliability was 79%. The obtained data were analyzed by the approach of Strauss and Corbin (1998). After coding the data, 135 initial codes, 21 sub-categories and finally 6 main categories were extracted from a total of 14 interviews. 6 main categories including the central phenomenon (special attitude to the elderly health time bank), causal conditions (individual factors, cultural factors and economic factors), underlying factors (planning, support and legal), intervening conditions (legal factors, socio-cultural factors, Hardware factors, technology factors, environmental factors and welfare and health factors), strategies (human, staff, introductory, educational and financial) and consequences (health development, scientific-research development and communication development). According to the results of this research, the Health Time Bank is a new design and Practical in increasing the quality of life and the health of the elderly.
