چکیده

هدف این پژوهش آینده‌پژوهی پیشران‌های اصلی مشارکت زنان در عرصه ورزش بود. این پژوهش به لحاظ روش‌شناسی از نوع آمیخته (کیفی و کمی) و طرح آن از نوع همزمان بود. در بخش کیفی راهبرد پژوهش پویش محیطی و در بخش کمی آینده‌پژوهی روش تحلیل آثار متقابل بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش خبرگان و مرور منابع بود که به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به‌ترتیب بر مبنای اشباع نظری و منابع ثانویه با 14 نفر از صاحب‌نظران حوزه ورزش زنان که شامل مدیران، مسئولان و کارشناسان ورزش زنان بودند مصاحبه انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در بخش کیفی مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته و چک لیست و در بخش کمی پرسشنامه بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها در بخش تحلیل مصاحبه از روش کدگذاری و در بخش آینده‌پژوهی از روش تحلیل ساختاری با کمک نرم‌افزار میک‌مک استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد آینده مشارکت زنان در عرصع ورزش متأثر از 22 متغیر می‌باشد اما پنج متغیر سبک زندگی سالم، تصدی پست‌های مدیریتی، نقش و کارکرد رسانه‌ها، عدالت جنسیتی و سرمایه‌گذاری در ورزش بانوان پیشران‌های هستند که آینده مشارکت زنان در عرصه ورزش را دستخوش تغییر می‌کنند. به‌عنوان یک نتیجه‌گیری راهبردی باید در نظر داشت که تحقق سناریوی مطلوب برای آینده مشارکت زنان در عرصه ورزش نیازمند توجه و تمرکز سیاست‌گذاران و برنامه‌ریزان به متغیرهای اثرپذیری است که تغییر آنها می‌تواند به تغییر و ارتقای هدفمند سیستم، یاری رساند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research was to research the main drivers of women's participation in sports. This research was methodologically mixed (qualitative and quantitative) and its design was simultaneous. In the qualitative part, the research strategy was environmental scanning and in the quantitative part, futures research was the method of interaction analysis. The statistical population of this study was experts and reviewed resources that were purposefully selected and based on theoretical saturation and secondary sources, 14 experts in the field of women's sports were interviewed, including managers, officials and experts in women's sports. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview and a checklist in the qualitative part and a questionnaire in the quantitative part. In order to analyze the data, the coding method was used in the interview analysis section and the structural analysis method was used in the futures section with the help of MICMAC software. The findings showed that the future of women's participation in sports is affected by 22 variables, but the five variables of healthy lifestyle, holding managerial positions, role and function of media, gender justice and investment in women's sports are driving Are changing the future of women's participation in sports. As a strategic conclusion, it should be considered that the realization of a favorable scenario for the future of women's participation in sports requires the attention and focus of policy makers and planners on the variables that can be changed to the purposeful change and improvement of the system.
