چکیده

شناخت و تحلیل رفتارهای نامطلوب در تیم‌های ورزشی به مدیریت صحیح تیم‌ها کمک خواهد کرد. هدف از انجام این تحقیق، تحلیل و طراحی مدل شکل‌گیری بدبینی در تیم‌های ورزشی از دیدگاه اجتماعی است. این تحقیق با روش تحقیق کیفی و با ماهیت اکتشافی- بنیادی انجام شد. از طریق روش نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی و بر اساس مصاحبه‌های عمیق داده‌های تحقیق جمع‌آوری شد. بر اساس نظریه داده بنیاد و با رویکرد کلاسیک داده‌ها مورد کدگذاری و تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که بدبینی در تیم‌های ورزشی دارای سه سطح بدبینی رفتاری، بدبینی عاطفی و بدبینی شناختی است. عوامل و پیشرانه‌های به وجود آورنده بدبینی در تیم‌های ورزشی شامل عوامل زمینه‌ای، عوامل ساختاری و عوامل رفتاری هستند. درنهایت پیامدهای بدبینی در تیم‌های ورزشی دارای دو سطح فردی و جمعی هستند. برای مدیریت بهینه تیم‌های ورزشی باید شناخت مطلوبی از پدیده بدبینی وجود داشته باشد؛ یعنی عوامل و پیشرانه‌های آن، خود ماهیت بدبینی و پیامدهای آن به‌صورت سیستمی و کل‌نگر در نظر گرفته شود و بر اساس شرایط موجود تصمیمات کلیدی گرفته و اقدامات لازم انجام شود.

چکیده [English]

Understanding and analyzing negative behaviors sport teams could be useful in team management. The aim of this study is designing a model of cynicism in sports teams from social perspective. this research was conducted through qualitative research method with the fundamental-exploratory nature. Research data were collected through snowball sampling method and based on in-depth interviews composed of experts. According to grounded theory and Classic approach data were analyzed after coding. The results showed that cynicism in sports teams has three levels include: behavioral, emotional and cognitive. Causes and driver forces of creation cynicism in sports teams are behavioral, Structural and contextual. Consequences of cynicism in sports teams are individual and collective. In order to optimal management of sports teams there must well understand of cynicism in sports teams. Therefor must be taken to account causes and driver forces of creation cynicism in sports teams, cynicism and its consequences. Based on this understanding, key decisions are made and practices to be taken.
