چکیده

پژوهش حاضر براساس رویکرد ساختاری-تفسیری، با هدف شناسایی راهکارهای مؤثر بر برون‌رفت هیئت‌های ورزشی استان خراسان رضوی از درماندگی مالی انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهش‌های کیفی با ماهیت تحلیلی‌ بود و از نوع مطالعات کاربردی است که به روش ساختاری-تفسیری انجام شده است. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌های پژوهش، مطالعات اسنادی، مصاحبه و پرسشنامۀ‌ دلفی بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل صاحب‌نظران در این حوزه بود که از این تعداد 25 نفر به شیوۀ هدفمند در هر بخش از پژوهش به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. همچنین برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از مدل ساختاری-تفسیری استفاده شد. درنهایت 33 شاخص موثر بر برون‌رفت هیئت‌های ورزشی استان خراسان رضوی از درماندگی مالی شناسایی شدند و در پنج بعد راهکار مدیریتی، فعالیت‌های اقتصادی، راهکار قانونی، فعالیت‌های بازاریابی و فعالیت‌های آموزشی و اجرایی و در سه سطح قرار گرفتند که راهکار قانونی به‌عنوان سطح سوم مدل شناسایی شد؛ درنتیجه هیئت‌های ورزشی برای خروج از درماندگی مالی باید توجه ویژه‌ای به راهکار قانونی داشته باشند تا زمینۀ ظهور و تحقق سایر عوامل در سطوح بالای مدل فراهم شود. همچنین توجه به سایر راهکارهای سطح‌بندی شده در پژوهش حاضر و تمرکز بر آن‌ها می‌تواند حرکت مؤثری در راستای رفع مشکلات مالی هیئت‌های ورزشی باشد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of the present study was to identify effective solutions to exit from the financial helplessness of sports delegations of Khorasan Razavi province. The present study is a qualitative research with an analytical nature and is a type of applied research that was performed by interpretive structural method. The data collection tools were research, documentary studies, interviews and Delphi Questionnaire. The statistical population of the study included experts in this field, of which 25 people were selected as the target in each part of the study as a sample. An interpretive structural model (ISM) was also used to analyze the data. Finally, 33 indicators affecting the financial helplessness of Khorasan Razavi sports delegations were identified and in 5 dimensions of management solutions, economic activities, legal solutions, marketing activities and educational and executive activities were placed in 3 levels is identified That The legal solution was identified as the third level of the model. As a result, in order to get out of financial helplessness, sports delegations must pay special attention to the legal solution to provide the ground for the emergence and realization of other factors at the top levels of the model, Also, paying attention and focusing on the leveled solutions in the present study can be an effective move in solving the financial problems of sports delegations.
