چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر ذهنیت باز بر نوآوری رادیکال در باشگاه­ های خصوصی لیگ برتر فوتبال کشور با نقش میانجی شبکه­ های اجتماعی و یادگیری سازمانی انجام شد. جامعة آماری این پژوهش همة عوامل اجرایی باشگاه ­های خصوصی لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران در فصل 98-1397 بودند. تعداد نمونه­ های این پژوهش با استفاده از روش نمونه­ گیری هدفمند تمام نمونه‌ها 242 نفر تعیین شد. برای گردآوری داده ­ها از پرسشنامة نوآوری رادیکال ترویلو و همکاران (2014)، پرسشنامة ذهنیت باز مگلن و همکاران (2010)، پرسشنامة شبکه‌های اجتماعی بکر و همکاران (2016) و پرسشنامة یادگیری سازمانی میس و سلس (2013) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که ذهنیت باز در باشگاه های فوتبال به طور مستقیم می­تواند باعث ارتقای نوآوری رادیکال شود. علاوه‌براین، یادگیری سازمانی و شبکه ­های اجتماعی بر نوآوری رادیکال تأثیر مستقیم دارند. همچنین یادگیری سازمانی و شبکه­ های اجتماعی بر رابطة بین ذهنیت باز و نوآوری رادیکال اثر میانجی دارند؛ درنتیجه، باشگاه ­های فوتبال کشور باید به ایجاد فضای ذهنی باز در باشگاه توجه ویژه داشته باشند تا یادگیری سازمانی و شبکه ­های اجتماعی بهبود یابند و به‌دنبال آن نوآوری رادیکال در باشگاه توسعه یابد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to examining the effect of open mindednesson radical innovation through social networksand organizational learning in Iranian private clubs of football premier league. The statistical population of this study included all the executive staff of the Iranian private clubs of football Premier League in the 2018-19 season. The number of samples in this study was determined using purposeful sampling consist of all samples (n=242). To collect the data used from scales of Troilo’s et al. (2014) radical innovation, Mogollon’s et al. (2010) open mindedness, Baker’s et al. (2016) social networks and Maes & Sels’s (2013) organizational learning. The results showed that open mindedness in football clubs could directly promote radical innovation. Moreover, social networks and organisation learning had a direct impact on radical innovation. In addition, social networks and organizational learning had a mediator effect on the relationship between open mindednessand radical innovation. As a result, football clubs should pay special attention to creating an open-minded atmosphere in the club to improve organizational learning and social networks, and then develop radical innovation in the club.
