چکیده
با صحبتکردن دربارة حرفه ای سازی ورزش احتمالاً سریع ترین تصویری که به ذهن مردم خطور م یکند، میزان پرداختی هایی است که به روشهای مختلف به ورزشکاران داده میشود، اما مفهوم اصلی واژة «حرفهای سازی» با این تعریف روزمره متفاوت است. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی علل، موانع و پیامدهای حرفه ای سازی منتخبی از فدراسیون های ورزشی در کشور ایران انجام شد. داده های پژوهش از طریق مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته با افراد متخصص در زمینة حرفه ای سازی فدراسیونها جمع آوری شد و با استفاده از روش دور هرمونتیکی تجزیهوتحلیل شدند. براساس نتایج، درمجموع پنج تم اصلی برای علل، موانع و پیامدهای حرفه ای سازی فدراسیون های ورزشی کشور شامل بستر اقتصادی-تجاری فدراسیون ها، نیاز به تغییرات ساختاری در فدراسیون ها، الگوسازی از طریق ورزش، بهره وری فدراسیون ها از طریق منابع انسانی و ارتقای جنبه های سیاسی-قانونی ورزش کشور شناسایی شدند. همچنین 120 کد اولیه، 38 زیرطبقه، و 15 طبقه از تجزیهوتحلیل مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته شناسایی و تدوین شدند. براساس یافت ههای این پژوهش میتوان نتیجه گیری کرد که شناخت علل، موانع و پیامدهای حرفه ای سازی میتواند به فدراسیون های ورزشی ایران برای رسیدن به فرایند کسبوکار کمک شایانی کند. همچنین تجزیهوتحلیل محیط درونی و بیرونی فدراسیون های ورزشی و شناسایی ظرفیتهای بالقوة حرفه ای سازی در محیط آنها میتواند روند حرفه ای سازی و پیشرفت سازمان های ورزشی را تسریع بخشد.

When discussing the concept of professionalization in sports, the payments to the athletes may be of the most immediate pictures which may appear in people’s minds, but the actual and deeper meaning of the concept of professionalization differs than that of its everyday perception. The present study aims at identifying the reasons, obstacles and consequences of professionalization in selection of sport federations of Iran. The data presented here has been collected applying two-step Delphi method from semi-structured interviews with experts on professionalization of sports and subsequently analyzed applying hermeneutic-circle approach. Based on the results of the study, five themes, 120 primary codes, 38 sub-stratums and 15 stratums were recognized for the reasons, obstacles and consequences of professionalization of sports organizations. Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that identifying the reasons, obstacles and consequences of professionalization can pay a great contribution to the sports federations of Iran in order to make money, also the analysis of the exterior and interior of sports federations and identifying the potentials of professionalization in their context can expedite the process of professionalization and improvement of sports federations.
