چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل عوامل مؤثر در بروز فشارهای منفی ذی‌نفعان باشگاه­های حرفه ­ای فوتبال ایران طراحی و اجرا شده است. پژوهش حاضر ازنوع پژوهش‌های توصیفی-تحلیلی است که به‌صورت میدانی انجام شده است. جامعة آماری تمامی اعضای مجمع فدراسیون فوتبال بودند که براساس انتخاب تمام‌شمار، تمامی آنان به‌عنوان نمونة پژوهش مشخص شدند. برای بررسی و تحلیل روش مدل­سازی ساختاری-تفسیری از نرم‌افزار میک‌مک استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که عوامل ابهام در قدرت ذی‌نفعان در باشگاه‌ها، حاشیه‌سازی برخی رسانه ­های جمعی، ناتوانی باشگاه­ها در پایدارکردن منابع اقتصادی خود، مهارت‌های ارتباطی پایین مدیران، نبود ضرورت و دغدغه در پاسخ‌گویی به ذی‌نفعان در باشگاه‌ها و مشکلات مالی در باشگاه‌های ورزشی جزو متغیرهای مستقل کلیدی بودند. با این توجه مدیریت فشارهای شناسایی شده و کنترل این فشارها می­تواند ضمن کاهش تنش­ها در باشگاه­ها، سبب رفع حواشی موجود گردد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to Study the factors affecting the outbreak of negative pressures of stakeholder’s professional soccer clubs of Iran. The present study wasdescriptive analytical that it was done on the fieldbase.The statistical population of the study consisted of all members of the Football Federation Association, the Based on the selection of all the numbers, all members identified as a research sample. In order to investigate and analyze was used the Structural Interpretation Modeling whith use Mic-Mac software. The results of the research also revealed that the factors of ambiguity in stakeholder power in clubs, the marginalization of some mass media, the inability of clubs to stabilize their economic resources, low managerial communication skills, the lack of necessity and concern in responding to stakeholders in the club The existence of financial problems in sports clubs were of the key independent variables. With this in mind, managing the identified pressures and controlling these pressures can alleviate existing stresses while reducing stress in clubs.
