چکیده

هدف از انجام‌دادن پژوهش حاضر، ارائۀ الگوی توسعۀ ورزش همگانی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی بود که با استفاده از طرح نظام‌مند نظریۀ داده‌بنیاد انجام گرفت. شرکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش حاضر، متخصصان و صاحب‌نظران ورزش همگانی بودند که 20 نفر از آن‌ها به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری نظری برای مصاحبة عمیق انتخاب شدند و مصاحبه‌ها تا مرحلۀ اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی استفاده شد. 450 گزارة مفهومی اولیه با 14 مقوله و 38 مفهوم در قالب ابعاد شش‌گانۀ مدل پارادایمی شامل شرایط علّی (یک مقوله)، پدیدۀ اصلی (افزایش مشارکت دانشجویان، کارکنان و اعضای هیئت‌علمی)، راهبرد (دو مقوله)، شرایط زمینه‌ای (پنج مقوله)، شرایط محیطی (چهار مقوله) و پیامد (یک مقوله) شناسایی شد.نتایج حاصل از مدل پژوهش نشان داد که بهبود نگرش و آگاهی، افزایش انگیزه و علاقه و افزایش نشاط و شادابی می‌تواند باعث جلب مشارکت دانشجویان، کارکنان و اعضای هیئت‌علمی در فعالیت‌های ورزش همگانی دانشگاه شود؛ بنابراین، ضرورت دارد برای توسعۀ ورزش همگانی و افزایش مشارکت افراد، خط‌مشی‌های توسعۀ ورزش همگانی در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی مبتنی بر مدل طراحی‌شدۀ پژوهش حاضر باشد.

Presenting the Development Paradigmatic Model of Sport for All in Islamic Azad University

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to present a sport for all development model in Islamic Azad University that was carried out using systematic theory of foundation data theory. The participants in the present study were experts and clear-sighted persons in the field of sport for all, working in physical education and sports sciences faculties. Twenty of them were selected as theoretical sampling for deep and exploratory interviews and interviews continued until theoretical saturation stage. The credibility of the findings was determined by the members matching methods, peer reviews and trial interviews. For data analysis, open, axial and selective coding was used. The results indicate that 450 initial conceptual propositions with 14 categories and 38 meanings in the form of six dimensions of the paradigmatic model including: causal factors (1 categories); the main phenomenon (increase participation of students, staffs and faculty members); strategy (2 category); the underlying features (5 categories); environmental conditions (4 categories); outcomes (1 category) were identified. The results of the research model showed improvement in attitude and awareness, increasing motivation and interest and increasing vitality and happiness can attract the participation of students, staff and faculty members in university sport for all activities. Therefore, it is essential for the development of sport for all and increasing the participation of individuals, sport for all development policies based on the model in the Islamic Azad University.
