چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، تحلیل وضعیت باشگاه‌های بدن‌سازی ایران بود. نوع پژوهش، اکتشافی و کیفی با رویکرد ساخت‌گرایانه بود که از روش نظریة داده‌‌بنیاد استفاده شد. کارشناسان و صاحب‌نظران فدراسیون و هیئت‌های بدن‌سازی، وزارت و ادارات کل ورزش‌وجوانان، مدیران، مربیان و مشتریان باشگاه‌های بدنسازی و برخی اساتید دانشگاهی درمجموع به تعداد 38 نفر، جامعة آماری پژوهش حاضر را تشکیل دادند. نمونه­گیری با روش هدفمند و با تکنیک گلوله‌برفی از پنج استان و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انجام شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، در مرحلة اول از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و نیز بررسی آیین‌نامه‌ها، اسناد، کتب و سایت‌های اینترنتی و در مرحلة دوم از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با شرکت کنندگان در پژوهش به‌‌ شکل سؤال‌های باز استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از کدگذاری سه‌مرحله‌ای باز، محوری و گزینشی با نرم‌افزار مکس کیودای نسخة 10 استفاده شد. در مرحلة اول، 427 کد استخراج شدند که در 34 مفهوم تقسیم بندی شدند. در مرحلة دوم، مفاهیم تلخیص‌ شدند و درقالب سه مقولة اصلی درون‌باشگاهی، برون‌باشگاهی و واسطه‌ای تقسیم‌بندی شدند و در مرحلة آخر، براساس ارتباط مقوله‌ها با یکدیگر مدل پژوهش استخراج شد. مدل مستخرج با روش گروه کانونی تأیید مجدد شد. این مدل می‌تواند در ایجاد فضای سالم در باشگاه‌های بدن‌سازی، ایجاد درآمد پایدار و مناسب، کمک به تولید اشتغال در باشگاه‌ها، توسعة فرهنگ و اخلاق، افزایش رضایت مشتری و بهبود نگرش مثبت جامعه به این رشتة ورزشی کمک کند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to analyze the affective factors on the status of the Iran¢s fitness clubs. This survey was exploratory and qualitativewith Constructive approach that is used the grounded theory method. The statistical populations included of the experts and scholars of the bodybuilding Federation and province bodies, Sport and Youth Ministry and province offices, managers, coaches and clients of clubs, and some university professors (n=38). Samples were selected from 5 different provinces with Snowball Techniques and targeted method and continued until saturation. For data gathering in the first phase used of library studies, regulations, documents, books and Internet sites. In the second phase data collected from samples through open-ended questions and semi-structured interviews. For data analysis, three-step encoding open, axial and selective by Maxqda software version 10 was used. In the first phase, 427 codes extracted and were classified at 34 concepts. In the second stage concepts combined into three main categories and were divided inside the club, outside the club and mediators. In the final stage on the base of issues relations the research model was derived. Model confirmed through focus group method. This model can help to create a healthy climate in the clubs, the creation of a stable income, generate employment in the clubs, cultural development and ethics, enhance customer satisfaction and improve society's attitude to the fitness clubs.
