تحلیل فشارهای وارد بر مدیران باشگاه‌های فوتبال کشور درجهت عدم راست‌کرداری

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل فشارهای وارد بر مدیران باشگاه‌های فوتبال کشور درجهت راست‌کردارنبودن انجام شد. این مطالعه ازنوع پژوهش‌های توصیفی- تحلیلی بود. جامعة آماری تمامی اعضای مجمع فدراسیون فوتبال به تعداد 72 نفر بودند. برای بررسی وضعیت راست‌کرداری مدیران از پرسش‌نامة کیسر و هوگان (2010) استفاده شد. همچنین، برای شناسایی و ساختاردهی فشارهای وارد بر مدیران باشگاه‌های فوتبال از دو پرسش‌نامة پژوهشگرساخته استفاده شد. روایی صوری این پرسش‌نامه‌ها با استفاده از نظرهای اساتید دانشگاهی بررسی و تأیید شد. پایایی پرسش‌نامة «تعیین وضعیت راست‌کرداری مدیران» و پرسش‌نامة «فشارهای وارد بر مدیران باشگاه‌های فوتبال» با محاسبة آلفای کرونباخ، به‌ترتیب برابر با 88/0 و 81/0 تأیید شد. برایتجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های آماری کلموگروف- اسمیرنوف، آزمون تی تک‌نمونه‌ای، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و روش مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری، با نرم‌افزارهای اس.پی.اس.اس. و میک‌مک استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که درمجموع، شش فشار (فشارهای مالی، فشارهای باشگاهی، فشارهای سیاسی، فشارهای فرهنگی، فشارهای مدیریتی- زیرساختی و فشار بین‌المللی) 012/83 درصد از واریانس کل سؤال‌ها را در برمی‌گیرند. همچنین، فشار مالی و فشار باشگاهی جزو فشارهای مستقل کلیدی هستند که بر سایر فشارها تأثیر می‌گذارند. با توجه به اهمیت راست‌کرداری در باشگاه‌های فوتبال، مشخص شد که برخی مسائل مالی و باشگاهی به‌علت نفوذ بر اذهان عمومی سبب کاهش میزان علاقة مدیران به راست‌کرداری می‌شوند. بهبود نظارت سازمان‌های متولی فوتبال بر باشگاه‌ها و همچنین، مدیریت منابع ازجمله منابع مالی توسط باشگاه‌های فوتبال، می‌توانند به کاهش فشارها درجهت راست‌کرداری مدیران باشگاه‌های فوتبال کشور منجر شوند.

Analysis of Pressures on Directors of Iranian Soccer Clubs in Lack of Integrity

چکیده English

The purpose of this study was to analyze the pressures on directors of Iranian Football clubs in lack of integrity. The present research was a descriptive analytic research. The statistical population of the study consisted of all members of the Football Federation which was 72. The Kaiser and Hogan (2010) questionnaire was used to investigate the behavioral integrity of managers. To identify and structure the pressures on football club managers, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. The validity of this questionnaire was examined and approved by reviewing the views of academic professors. The reliability of determining the right situation of manager’s questionnaire and pressures on football club director’s questionnaire were approved at 0.88 and 0.81, respectively using Cronbach's alpha. To analyze the data of the present research, statistical methods including K-S test, T-test, exploratory factor analysis, and interpretive structural modeling using SPSS and Micmac software were used. The results of this study showed that, in total, 6 pressures (financial pressure, club pressure, political pressure, cultural pressure, infrastructure-management pressure and international pressure) accounted for 83.012% of the total variance of all questions. The results also showed that financial pressure and club pressure are among the key independent pressures that have an impact on other pressures.
