چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، طراحی سیستم اطلاعات مدیریت جذب نیروهای داوطلب ورزشی و ارائة الگوی کاربردی آن در وزارت ورزش‌وجوانان ایران بود. این پژوهش، ازنوع توصیفی- تحلیلی و ازنظر هدف، کاربردی با متدولوژی یو.ام.ال و با استفاده از مدل طراحی شیءگرای آر.یو.پی بود. ابزار، پرسش‌نامة پژوهشگرساخته و جامعة آماری همة معاونان وزارت ورزش‌وجوانان و مدیران کل ستادی همة رؤسا و نایب‌رئیسان و دبیران فدراسیون‌های ورزشی ایران بودند. روش نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت سرشماری بود و از همة افراد یادشده برای شرکت در پژوهش دعوت شد. در این پژوهش، ابتدا دروندادها و بروندادهای اطلاعاتی در سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی داوطلبان ورزشی که دربرگیرندة ورودی‌ها، فرایندها و خروجی‌ها می‌شدند، شناسایی شدند. سپس، نیازمندی‌های سیستم اطلاعات مدیریت جذب داوطلبان ورزشی که شامل منابع انسانی، برنامه‌ریزی، ثبت‌نام و پذیرش، آشناسازی، مالی و تدارکات، آموزش و حمایتی، ارزیابی، پاداش و حفظ بود و همچنین، ذی‌نفعان داوطلبی ورزشی ایران شناسایی شدند. اطلاعات زیرسیستم‌های طراحی‌شده در جذب داوطلب ورزشی مشخص شد. نگرش مدیران دربارة نیازمندی‌های اطلاعاتی جذب داوطلب ورزشی درباب سیستم بررسی شد. همچنین، با ایجاد بانک اطلاعاتی در پنج سطح، الگوی تحلیل کاربردی ارائه شد. ازآنجایی‌که مدیریت سیستم‌های اطلاعات داوطلبی خدمات عادلانه و شفافی را برای عموم جامعه، مدیران و داوطلبان فراهم می‌کند، ایجاد بانک اطلاعاتی با هدف طراحی سیستم اطلاعات مدیریت که نیازهای اطلاعاتی تمامی کاربران را مدنظر قرار داده است، برای رشد و موفقیت سازمان ورزشی داوطلبی مفید است.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to present a pattern for Iran`s sports volunteer absorbance management information system requirement analysis. This investigation was of descriptive-analytic sort and in regard for practical goal, it was type of (UML) methodology and it used object-oriented design model (RUP). The questionnaire implements were prepared. The statistic-population consisted All youth and sports ministry deputies, directors of all staffs All presidents, vice presidents and professors of Iran`s sports federations. Census method was opted for sampling and all of the mentioned groups were invited to participate. In this study, in first the Inputs and outputs of informational in sport volunteers' information systems, which included inputs, processes, and outputs were identified then sports volunteesr absorbance management information system requirement was presented which contained: human resource, planning, registration and acceptance, introduction, financial and support, education and advocating, reward and retrain and Iran`s candidate stakeholders were identified. Information on the underlying systems in sport absorption was identified. The managers' attitudes towards the information requirements of sports volunteering were studied. In the end, by creating a database at five levels, the operation analysis model was presented. Since volunteer information system management offers fair and clear services for the public, directors and candidates, creating a database for the purpose of designing a management information system that takes into account the information needs of all users, is useful for the development and success of a volunteer sports organization.
