چکیده
یکی از اهداف عالی سازمانها برای دستیابی به بهرهوری بیشتر سازمانی، برخورداری از منابع انسانی کارآمد و توانا است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش مدیریت کوانتومی در ارتقای انطباقپذیری مسیر شغلی کارکنان هیئتهای ورزشی استان اصفهانبود.روش پژوهش، توصیفی ازنوع همبستگی بود و همة کارکنان هیئتهای ورزشی استان اصفهاندر سال 1395 (تعداد = 248) جامعة آماری این پژوهش را تشکیل دادند که ازمیان آنها، 148 نفر از کارکنان به روش تصادفی طبقهای بهعنوان نمونة آماری این پژوهش انتخاب شدند. از پرسشنامةانطباقپذیری مسیر شغلی ساویکاس (2007)با روایی و پایایی بهترتیب 70/0 و 84/0 و پرسشنامة پژوهشگرساختة مدیریت کوانتومی با روایی و پایایی بهترتیب 71/0 و 84/0، بهعنوان ابزار اندازهگیری در این پژوهش استفاده شد.نتایج پژوهش حاکی از وجود ارتباطی مثبت بین مؤلفههای مدیریت کوانتومی و مؤلفههای دغدغة مسیر شغلی،کنترل و تصمیمگیری، کنجکاوی و اعتماد کارکنان هیئتهای ورزشی استان اصفهان است(05/0 P ≤). همچنین، براساس تحلیلهای رگرسیونی، مؤلفههای دیدن کوانتومی، تفکر کوانتومی، احساس کوانتومی، شناخت کوانتومی، عمل کوانتومی، وجود کوانتومی، و اعتماد کوانتومی، پیشبینیکنندة افزایش انطباقپذیری مسیر شغلی کارکنان آن هیئتهاهستند.براساس نتایج بهدستآمده، پیادهسازی مفاهیم مدیریت کوانتومی در هیئتهای ورزشیاستان اصفهان و استفادة مدیران از راهبردهای این روش نوین مدیریتی میتواند بهانطباقپذیری بیشتر مسیر شغلی کارکنان آن هیئتهامنجر شود.

Role of Quantum Management in Improving the Career Adaptability of Staff

One of the major goals of organizations is having the efficient and capable human resources in order to achieve organizational efficiency. This study aimed to study the role of quantum management in improving the career adaptability of sport boards’ staff in Isfahan province. The method of this research was descriptive (correlation). The total population included all of the persons employed at the sport boards of Isfahan Province in 2016 (N: 248) which148 staff members selected by stratified random sampling for this research. A career adaptability scale (Savickas, 2007) (validity: 0.70, reliability: 0.84) as well as a self-constructed quantum management questionnaire (validity: 0.71, reliability: 0.84) were employed in this research. The results indicated that there was a positive relationship between quantum management dimensions and concern of career path, control, curiosity, and confidence dimensions (P ≤ 0.05). Also, according to the regression analysis, quantum seeing, quantum thinking, quantum feeling, quantum knowing, quantum acting, quantum being, and quantum trust dimensions were found as the predictors for improving the employees’ career adaptability in those boards. Based on the results, implementation of quantum management concepts in sport boards of Isfahan province, and using the strategies of that new method of managing could be effective in increasing the employees’ career adaptability in those boards.
