چکیده

پژوهشحاضرازنوعپژوهش‌هایکیفی بودکهبااستفادهازرویکردکیو الگوهای ذهنی مدیران درراستای چابک‌سازی سرمایة انسانی در سازمان‌های ورزشی شناسایی و تبیین شده است. دراینپژوهش،ازمصاحبةعمیقبهعنوانابزاراصلیجمع‌آوریداده‌هااستفادهشده است که روایی آن با استفاده از رویکرد نسبت روایی محتوا و پایایی آن با استفاده از روش کاپای کوهن تأیید شده است. به‌علاوه برایانتخابنمونه، ازنمونهگیریهدفمنداستفاده شده است کهازروش‌هاینمونهبرداری غیراحتمالیاست. در پژوهش حاضر، با استفاده از 23 مصاحبه فضای گفتمان حاصل شد و با استفاده از نظرهای آن‌ها نمونه و گزینه‌های کیو و در ادامة آن، مجموعة کیو به‌دست آمد. نتایج پژوهش مشتمل بر شناسایی عوامل تشکیل‌دهندة ذهنیت مدیران درراستای چابک‌سازی سرمایه‌های انسانی و همچنین، تبیین ذهنیت‌های مدیران دراین‌رابطه است. نتایج نشان داد که حامی شایستگی، پشتیبان یادگیری و هوشمندی، مروج ظرفیت‌سازی و انعطاف‌پذیری، توانمندساز و مشوق، اشاعه‌دهندة انگیزه و جو مثبت و آینده‌نگر و توسعه‌دهنده، شش الگوی ذهنی مدیران درراستای چابک‌سازی سرمایه‌های انسانی هستند. پیشنهادهای پژوهش نیز در دو حیطة کاربردی و پژوهشی برای اقدامی عملی‌تر و کارآمدتر در عرصة چابک‌سازی سرمایه‌های انسانی ارائه شده‌اند.

چکیده [English]

The present study is a qualitative research. In this paper, using the Q approach, the managers' mental pattern in direction of Human capital agility is identified. A deep interview is the main tool for collecting data which its validity is confirmed using the CVR relative validity approach and its reliability using the Kapa Kohn method is confirmed. In addition, for sample selection, purposive sampling was used. In the present study with 23 interviews, discourse space was obtained. The results of the research include identifying the factors that make up the mentality of managers the results indicate that Supporter competence, Learning and intelligence support, promotes capacity building and flexibility, Promoters and positive and prospective promoters and developers, six subjective patterns of managers are aimed at Human capital agility. Research suggestions as well in two areas of applied and research for a more practical and effective action in the realm Human capital agility are provided.
