چکیده

امروزه، گردشکری و جذب گردشگر به‌عنوان یکی از مسائل مهم در شناساندن پتانسیل‌های یک منطقه و جذب سرمایه‌های داخلی و خارجی در کشورهای جهان مطرح است. درواقع، گردشگری درحال تبدیل‌شدن به یکی از ارکان اصلی اقتصاد تجاری جهان است. دراین‌راستا، هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی و شناسایی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر توسعة گردشگری ورزش زمستانی استان چهارمحال‌وبختیاری و تدوین راهبردهای مطلوب و همچنین، اولویت‌بندی این راهبردها است. در پژوهش حاضر، روش پژوهش براساس نوع هدف، کاربردی و براساس نوع روش، توصیفی- تحلیلی است. 68 نفر از مدیران عالی و میانی، اساتید مدیریت ورزشی و سرمایه‌گذاران و صاحب‌نظران فعال بخش گردشگری جامعة آماری پژوهش را تشکیل دادند که از این تعداد، 50 پرسش‌نامه تکمیل و تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش ترکیبی ای.­اچ.­پی. و سوات استفاده شده است. یافته‌های حاصل از تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده­ها نشان داد که ازمیان راهبردهای تدوین‌شده، «فراهم‌کردن زمینه‌های جذب سرمایه‌گذاری برای ورزش‌های زمستانی»، «معرفی چهارمحال‌وبختیاری به‌عنوان قطب گردشگری ورزشی زمستانی» و «ایجاد مراکز گردشگری تابستانی برای جذب گردشگر در تمام فصول سال»، از مهم‌ترین راهبرد­ها برای توسعة سرمایه‌گذاری گردشگری در استان چهارمحال‌وبختیاری هستند.

چکیده [English]

Todays, tourism and attract tourists is as one of the most important issues in recognition of the potential of a region and attract domestic and foreign investment all around the world. In fact, tourism has become one of the main pillars of the world trade economy. The purpose of this study was to identify factors that influence the development of sports tourism of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, strategy formulation and prioritize these strategies. In this study, the research is functional, based no objective and type, the research is descriptive – analytic. The study population consisted of 68 high and middle managers, sports managers, investors and experts that are active in the tourism sector. Combining AHP with SWOT was used to data analysis. The results of data analysis revealed that among the developed strategies, “Providing investment fields for winter sports”, “introduced Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province as a tourism hub for winter sports” and “summer tourist centers to attract tourists in all seasons” are most important investment strategies for the development of tourism in the province of Chahar Mahal and Bakhtiari.
