چکیده

ارائۀ خدمات با‌کیفیت در رقابت‌های ورزشی سبب افزایش تماشاگران جدید، توسعۀ مشاغل و کاهش عدم حضور ورزشکاران می‌‌شود. درحقیقت، کیفیت خدمات یکی از مهم‌ترین عواملی است که به رضایتمندی و تداوم حضور تماشاگران در ورزشگاه‌ها منجر می‌شود؛ لذا، هدف از پژوهش حاضر تحلیل مسیر کیفیت خدمات و رضایتمندی بر تمایل به بازگشت تماشاگران لیگ جهانی والیبال بود. بدین‌منظور، 375 تماشاگر حاضر در مسابقات لیگ جهانی والیبال به‌صورت تصادفی و هدفمند به‌عنوان نمونۀ آماری پژوهش انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه‌های "کیفیت خدمات ورزشی چن" (2011) و ‌"تمایل به بازگشت تماشاگران شانک" (2006) استفاده گردید. همچنین، جهت تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها پس از اطمینان از اعتبار پرسش‌نامه‌ها از نرم‌افزار اس‌.پی.اس‌.اس در بخش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد و نرم‌افزار آموس جهت ترسیم تحلیل مسیر به‌کار رفت. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که رابطۀ معناداری بین کیفیت خدمات و رضایتمندی با تمایل به بازگشت مجدد تماشاگران وجود دارد. همچنین، در بین کلیۀ ابعاد کیفیت خدمات، مؤلفۀ اعتماد بیشترین تأثیر را بر رضایتمندی تماشاگران داشته است؛ بنابراین، برخورداری از منابع انسانی متخصص که دارای مهارت متناسب با خدمات ارائه‌شده در استادیوم ورزشی آزادی ‌باشند، می‌تواند از طریق ایجاد اعتماد در تماشاگران و بهبود رضایتمندی آن‌ها، زمینۀ حضور مجدد تماشاگران را فراهم نماید.

چکیده [English]

The supply of quality service in sport, will enhance more new audience, develop jobs and reducing absence of athletes. In fact, service quality is the one of the main factor lead to satisfaction and continuity of future attendance in sport spectators. Therefore, the main purpose of this research was structural equation model of service quality and satisfaction on sport spectator’s future intention in terms in world volleyball’s league. Random ally and purposely. N=375 sport spectators that participated in national volleyball league, selected as sample size, purposely and randomly. To data collection, Chen (2011) service quality questionnaire and Shonk (2006) future intention questionnaire were used. For data analysis, after conceived about normality, SPSS soft wear in descriptive and deduction statically and AMOS to deception of SEM was used. The results showed that there was significant relationship between service quality and satisfaction with future attendance by audiences. Also among all service quality sub-scales, reliability had higher impact on spectator’s satisfaction. Therefore, having human resources specialist that had adequate expertise skills in proportional with Azadi Sport Complex facilities, result in audience’s future attendance by improvement of spectator’s reliability and their satisfaction.
