Abstract

The supply of quality service in sport, will enhance more new audience, develop jobs and reducing absence of athletes. In fact, service quality is the one of the main factor lead to satisfaction and continuity of future attendance in sport spectators. Therefore, the main purpose of this research was structural equation model of service quality and satisfaction on sport spectator’s future intention in terms in world volleyball’s league. Random ally and purposely. N=375 sport spectators that participated in national volleyball league, selected as sample size, purposely and randomly. To data collection, Chen (2011) service quality questionnaire and Shonk (2006) future intention questionnaire were used. For data analysis, after conceived about normality, SPSS soft wear in descriptive and deduction statically and AMOS to deception of SEM was used. The results showed that there was significant relationship between service quality and satisfaction with future attendance by audiences. Also among all service quality sub-scales, reliability had higher impact on spectator’s satisfaction. Therefore, having human resources specialist that had adequate expertise skills in proportional with Azadi Sport Complex facilities, result in audience’s future attendance by improvement of spectator’s reliability and their satisfaction.
