چکیده

این پژوهش که با هدف بررسی رابطۀ مهارت‌های ارتباطی با هوش فرهنگی و طبقه‌بندی مدیران ورزشی انجام شد، از نوع مطالعات تحلیلی و مدل‌یابی می‌باشد که به روش پیمایشی انجام گرفته است. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش را مدیران ورزشی استان اصفهان تشکیل دادند که حجم این جامعه برابر با 550 نفر می‌باشد و از میان آن‌ها 207 نفر به‌صورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای ـ خوشه‌ای به‌عنوان نمونۀ آماری پژوهش انتخاب شدند. برای تعیین حجم نمونه از فرمول کوکران استفاده شد. ابزار اندازه گیری پژوهش شامل پرسش‌نامه‌های اطلاعات فردی، مهارت‌های ارتباطی (81/0)، پرسش‌نامه هوش فرهنگی (85/0) و پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته طبقه‌بندی مدیران (86/0) بود. روش آماری توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده از نرم افزار اس.پی.اس.اس و لیزرل استفاده شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که بین مهارت‌های ارتباطی، هوش فرهنگی و طبقه‌بندی مدیران ورزشی رابطۀ معناداری وجود دارد و مدل پیشنهادی پژوهش از برازش مناسبی برخوردار می‌باشد؛ از این‌رو، لازمة برنامه‌ریزی صحیح در این سازمان‌ها به‌منظور ارتقای مهارت‌های ارتباطی و هوش فرهنگی برای مدیران ورزشی به‌عنوان افراد اثرگذار در این سازمان‌ها ضروری می‌باشد. علاوه ‌بر این، ازآن‌جاکه درصد قابل توجهی از مدیران ورزشی اصفهان به‌سمت مدیران تقلیدی و سفیر تمایل دارند؛ لذا، لازم است که مسئولان، راهبردهای مناسبی را در جهت انتخاب افراد مناسب برای پست‌های مدیریتی داشته باشند؛ زیرا، به‌نظر می‌رسد با مدیران تحلیل‌گر و شهودی، بهتر می‌توان چشم‌انداز روشن‌تری را برای ورزش استان تصویر کرد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was Structural equation modeling of relation between communication skills with cultural intelligence and classifies sport managers in Isfahan Province. Descriptive study was conducted through a survey. The study population consisted of Isfahan’s Sport Managers. In this research 550 sport managers’ as a population was considered. 207 As the population was selected from Statistical population. Measuring instruments consisted of demographic questions, Barton G. The reliability of communication skills (0.81), cultural intelligence questionnaire was (0.88) and reliability of classify sport managers’ questionnaire was (0.84). Statistical methods included analysis of both descriptive and inferential statistics using SPSS software and software LISREL and structural equation modeling was performed to assess the relationships between variables. The results show that the communication skills and cultural intelligence and classify sport managers, there are significant relationship, the output shows the application of structural equation model is appropriate (RMSEA=0.037, GFI=0.912, AGFI=0.902). Hence the required proper planning in order to improve their communication skills and cultural intelligence organizations for sports managers in these organizations is effective as ever. Because of the significant aims of the athletic directors, managers tend to imitate and Ambassador therefore, the authorities have the right people in the suitable strategy for post management have, because it seems intuitive managers and analysts can better brighter prospects for the exercise of the imagination.
