چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین ارتباط بین هوش فرهنگی با انسجام گروهی تیم‌های لیگ برتر هندبال ایران می‌باشد. این پژوهش­ از نوع مطالعات همبستگی بوده و جامعۀ آماری آن را کلیۀ بازیکنان هندبال لیگ برتر ایران تشکیل دادند. با توجه به جدول مورگان، 110 نفر به‌عنوان نمونة آماری انتخاب شدند. نتایج­ نشان می‌دهد که از بین مؤلفه‌های هوش فرهنگی، مؤلفۀ فراشناختی و از بین مؤلفه‌های انسجام تیمی، مؤلفۀ انسجام تکلیف، دارای بیشترین میانگین می‌باشند. همچنین، یافته‌ها بیانگر این هستند که بین هوش فرهنگی و انسجام تیمی بازیکنان تیم‌های هندبال لیگ برتر کشور ارتباط مثبت و معنا­داری وجود دارد. علاوه‌براین، دریافت می‌شود که متغیرهای پیش‌بین (هوش فرهنگی)، 20 درصد از تغییرات در ­انسجام تیمی را تبیین می‌نمایند؛ لذا، پیشنهاد می‌شود­ مربیان به هوش فرهنگی تیم‌های خود توجه نمایند تا از این طریق بتوانند استراتژی‌های مدنظر خود را بهتر اجرا کرده و از طریق انسجام تیمی بیشتر، موفقیت تیم خود را رقم بزنند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship betweenCultural intelligence and group cohesion in Iranian handball premier league. Research method was the type of correlation and the statistical population included all of handball athletes premier League of Iran. According to Morgan table, 110 subjects constituted the study statistical sample. The results showed that Met cognitive element of cultural intelligence, and Stretch a group-task element of group cohesion had maximum mean. Also, the results showed that there was a positive and significant correlation between Cultural intelligence and group cohesion in Iranian handball premier League. Predictor variables (cultural intelligence) revealed 20% changes in the rate of group cohesion. Totally, according to the findings of this research suggest that coaches should attention to Cultural intelligence their teams until through this can be performed. Then better their strategies and through the greater group cohesion, successfully runs his team.
