چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطۀ بین تعارض کارـ خانواده و شفافیت نقش منجیان غریق ـ مربیان شنای زن استان اصفهان در سال (1393) انجام گرفت. این پژوهش، توصیفی بوده و از نوع مطالعات هم‌بستگی است. جامعۀ آماری آن را 400 نفر از منجیان غریق و مربیان شنای زن استان اصفهان تشکیل دادند که با استفاده از جدول مورگان و کرجسی، حجم نمونه 196 نفر برآورد گردید نتایج نشان می‌دهد که رابطۀ منفی و معناداری بین تعارض کارـ خانواده و شفافیت نقش وجود دارد و تعارض کار خانوادۀ منجیان غریق ـ مربیان شنا، کمتر از حد متوسط است، اما شفافیت نقش آن‌ها ­بیشتر از حد متوسط ­می‌باشد. همچنین، بین تعارض کار ـ خانواده و شفافیت هدف رابطۀ منفی و معنا­داری مشاهده می‌شود. بین تعارض کار ـ خانواده و شفافیت فرایند نیز رابطۀ منفی و معناداری وجود دارد. علاوه ‌براین، مشخص شد که شفافیت نقش، بهترین پیش‌بینی‌کنندۀ تعارض کارـ خانواده می‌باشد و مدل ارائه‌شده، اثرشفافیت هدف و شفافیت فرایند بر تعارض کار ـ خانواده را تأیید می‌نماید. با توجه به یافته‌ها می‌توان این‌گونه استنباط کرد که شفافیت نقش از عوامل مرتبط با تعارض کار ـ خانوادۀ منجیان غریق ـ مربیان شنا می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]

This study relationship between work-family conflict and role clarity of women’s Lifesaving - swimming coaches in Isfahan in 2014.The research method was Solidarity-
 descriptive. Statistical population was 400 women’s lifesaving - swimming coaches in Isfahan, according to Morgan and krejcie table the sample size estimated 196. The results showed that the significant and negative relationship between work- family conflict and role clarity, work- family conflict in lifesaving - swimming coaches was less than average and their role clarity was more than average. There are significant and negative relationship between work- family conflict and aim clarity. There are significant and negative relationship between work- family conflict and process clarity. The role clarity was the best predictor of work- family conflict. The purposed model the effect of work- family conflict confirms on role clarity. According to the research results is concluded that role clarity is one of the.
