چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر معنویت اسلامی بر رفتار شهروندی ­سازمانی با نقش میانجی هویت ­سازمانی می‌باشد.جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش را ­دبیران ورزش مقطع متوسطۀ شهر اصفهان تشکیل دادند. جهت جمع­آوری اطلاعات از پرسش‌نامه استاندارد هویت ­سازمانی چنی(1987)، پرسش‌نامه استاندارد رفتار شهروندی سازمانی مشرف جوادی و یاوریان (2011) و پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته­ معنویت اسلامی سازمانی استفاده شد. روایی پرسش‌نامه از روش روایی تشخیصی و پایایی نیز از روش پایایی ترکیبی و آلفای کرونباخ با استفاده از نرم افزار اسمارت-پی.ال.اس.اچ صورت گرفت. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسش‌نامه معنویت اسلامی 84/0، پرسش‌نامه هویت ­سازمانی 82/0 و پرسش‌نامه رفتار شهروندی ­سازمانی 89/0 محاسبه شد. آزمون فرضیه­ها با استفاده از الگوی معادلات ساختاری از طریق نرم افزار آموس 18 انجام شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که معنویت اسلامی بر هویت ­سازمانی و رفتار شهروندی ­سازمانی تأثیر دارد و هویت­ سازمانی نیز بر رفتار شهروندی­ سازمانی اثرگذار می‌باشد. همچنین، ­­هویت­ سازمانی به‌عنوان متغیر میانجی بین معنویت ­اسلامی و رفتار شهروندی ­سازمانی، تأثیرگذار می‌باشد. نتایج ­حاکی از این است که ارتباط مثبت و مستقیمی بین معنویت اسلامی، هویت سازمانی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی وجود دارد. شایان‌ذکر است که یافته‌های این پژوهش برای مسئولان آموزش‌و‌پرورش درجهت برنامه‌ریزی‌های فرهنگی و ارتقای سطح رفتارهای معلمان کاربرد دارد. با توجه به یافته‌ها، توجه به مباحث فرهنگی و دینی حاکم بر جامعه مانند معنویت اسلامی­ در برنامه‌ریزی‌های مدیران این نهاد ­­ضرروی می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]

This paper examines the impact of spirituality on organizational citizenship behavior organizational identity is the role of mediator. Population is High school sports teachers in Isfahan. Standardized questionnaire to collect information from corporate identity Cheney (1987) and organizational citizenship behavior Moshrefjavadi and Yavarian (2011) and researcher made questionnaires was used in Islamic spirituality. Questionnaire validity and reliability of the diagnostic validity of the criteria of reliability combined was performed using the SMART-PLS software. Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the scale of spirituality, 0.84, scale corporate identity, 0.82 and organizational citizenship behavior scale 0.89, respectively. Test hypotheses using the structural equation model was done through software Amos18. The results showed Islamic spirituality with the corporate identity of the factor, Islamic spirituality on organizational citizenship behavior with the path coefficient and organizational identity on organizational citizenship behavior with the path coefficient is affected. The results also showed that organizational identity as a mediator variable between Islamic spirituality and citizenship behavior with a path coefficient is impressive. Pearson correlation test results demonstrate a direct relationship between Islamic spirituality, corporate identity and organizational citizenship behavior. The results for the education authorities in the planning and promotion of cultural practices used by teachers. Given the cultural and religious issues of the society as Islamic spirituality puts administrators in planning according to the results of this research will be necessary.
