چکیده

استعدادیابی، کشف ورزشکاران بالقوه‌ای است که درگیر ورزش خاصی نمی‌باشند. از برنامه‌‌های استعدادیابی جهت شناساییورزشکاران بااستعداد و نیز موفقیت آن‌ها در سطح جهانیاستفاده می‌شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین مدل استعدادیابی والیبال در ایران انجام‌ گرفت. بدین‌منظور، ابتدا به مطالعۀ فرایندها و مدل‌های استعدادیابی والیبال و سایر ورزش‌ها در کشورهای پیشرفتۀ مختلف و نیز ایران پرداخته شد. سپس، با توجه به مطالعات انجام‌شده، مدل استعدادیابی پیشنهادی والیبال ایران به‌صورت هفت مرحله­ای ارائه گردید. روش‌شناسی پژوهش از نوع کیفی و نظریه داده‌بنیاد بود و جامعۀ آماری آن را مربیان با درجۀ بین‌المللی والیبال (یک، دو و سه) از کل کشور که تعداد آن‌ها 137 نفر (آقایان 67 نفر و بانوان 70 نفر) بود تشکیل دادند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که از هفت مرحلۀ پیشنهادی (مرحلۀ اول (پایه): غربال‌گری عمومی در مدارس (شش تا نه سالگی)، مرحلۀ دوم: شناسایی استعدادها (نه تا 12 سالگی)، مرحلۀ سوم: گزینش استعدادها (14ـ12 سالگی)، مرحلۀ چهارم: آموزش (16ـ14 سالگی)، مرحلۀ پنجم: گزینش استعدادهای نخبه (18ـ16 سالگی)، مرحلۀ ششم: ارتقای استعدادهای نخبه (23ـ 18 سالگی) و مرحلۀ هفتم: والیبال حرفه‌ای بین‌المللی (23 سالگی به بالاتر))، در دور سوم دلفی تمامی مراحل موردقبول واقع شدند و مدل استعدادیابی والیبالدر ایران تأیید گردید. نتایج برگرفته از این پژوهش می‌تواند زمینه را جهت استعدادیابی علمی و یکسان‌سازی روش‌های آن فراهم کند و نیز کمک شایانی برای مربیان، ورزشکاران، پژوهشگران و مسئولان سازمان‌های ورزشی، به‌خصوص فدراسیون والیبال جمهوری اسلامی ایران در امر استعدادیابی و پرورش بازیکنان نخبۀ والیبال در آینده باشد.

چکیده [English]

Talent identification is discovered potential athletes who are involved in sport and talent programs to identify talented athletes and is used their success at the global level. The present study was conducted to codify a model of talent identification in Iran volleyball. In order to study the processes and models for volleyball and other sports talent in developed countries as well as Iran. Then according to studies, the proposed model of talent identification in Iran volleyball was presented in the seven-step by the researcher.
Research methodology is type of Qualitative, Grounded theory and using the Delphi technique. Statistical society in this research is international category coaches (1, 2, and 3) Volleyball of the whole country (men 67 and women 70). of the proposed seven stages the first stage (base): General screening in schools (6-9 years), the second stages: identifying talents (9-12 years), the third stages: selecting talents (12-14 years), the fourth stages: training (14-16 years), the fifth stages: selecting elite talents (16-18 years), the sixth stages: promote the elite talents (18-23 years), the seventh stages: International professionals volleyball (23 years older), In the third Delphi round, all of the proposals stages are accepted, and the model was confirmed model of talent identification in Iran volleyball. Results from this study will be established the basis for scientific talent and integrating methods and helpful for coaches, athletes, officials, researchers and sports organizations, especially the Islamic Republic of Iran Volleyball Federation in nurturing talent and the elite players of volleyball in the future.
