چکیده

وجود انگیزه‌ پیشرفت و عزت نفس در ورزشکاران عاملی مهم در دستاوردهای ورزشی آن‌ها در رده‌های ملی و بین‌المللی می‌باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضرمقایسه انگیزه پیشرفت و عزت نفس بین ورزشکاران نخبه و عادی استان لرستان است که به شیوه توصیفی- پیمایشی انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق را کلیه ورزشکاران عضو تیم‌های ملی در استان لرستان به عنوان ورزشکار نخبه در رشته‌های مختلف (39 نفر)و کلیه ورزشکاران عادی در آن رشته ها در این استان (550 نفر) تشکیل می دادند. در گروه اول کل جامعه (39 نفر؛ سرشماری) و در گروه دوم معادل تعداد نمونه گروه اول (39 نفر- غیر احتمالی) به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدندکه در کل نمونه نهایی متشکل از 78 نفر بود.ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات دو پرسشنامه استاندارد شده انگیزه پیشرفت پی گاوا (78/0=α) و عزت نفس کوپر اسمیت (83/0=α) است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، علاوه بر استفاده از شاخص‌های آماری توصیفی همچون فراوانی، میانگین، انحراف معیار از روش‌های آماری استنباطی شامل T-test گروه‌های مستقل جهت مقایسه متغیر ها بین دو گروه استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد بین انگیزه پیشرفت و عزت نفس ورزشکاران نخبه و عادی تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد (001/0p< ، 002/0p<). همچنین از میان خرده مقیاس‌های عزت نفس (اجتماعی، خانوادگی، تحصیلی)، تنها بین عزت نفس اجتماعی ورزشکاران نخبه و عادی تفاوت معنادار مشاهده شد (05/0p<). در نهایت نتایج به دست آمده مشخص کردند که انگیزه پیشرفت، عزت‌نفس کلی و عزت‌نفس اجتماعی ورزشکاران نخبه به طور معناداری بیشتر از ورزشکاران عادی است.

چکیده [English]

Achievement motivation and self-respect are two important elements for athlete's sport success in the national and international levels. The purpose of this research was comparison of achievement motivation and self-respect between the elite and amateur athletes in Lurestan province which has done with descriptive- survey approach. Statistical population were consisted of all national team members athletes in different sports in Lurestan Province (39 members) as elite athlete and all amateur athletes in different sports (550 athletes). All population of first group (39 members; census) and an equal number for second group (39 athletes; non-probability) were selected as statistical sample (78 samples totally). Two standardized questionnaires for the achievement motivation (P.Gava; α=0/78) and self-respect (Kupersmit; α= 0/83) were used for data gathering. For analyzing the data, in addition to descriptive statistics such as frequency, mean and standard deviation, some inferential statistics tests including Independent Sample t-test were used for comparing variables between two groups. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the achievement motivation and self-respect of elite and amateur athletes (p<0/002, p<0/001). Meanwhile, in the sub-scales of self-respect variable (social, family-related, education) the difference of two groups in social self-respect of athletes was significant (p<0/05). So the results show that the achievement motivation, self-respect, and social self-respect of elite athletes are higher than amateur athletes significantly.
