چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی ارتباط بین مولفه های جو سازمانی و کیفیت زندگی کاری در ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان آذربایجان شرقی است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی ـ همبستگی بوده و به صورت میدانی انجام گرفته است. جامعه ی آماری شامل مدیران و کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان آذربایجان شرقی می باشد و حجم نمونه آماری 112 نفر از این جامعه است. از پرسش نامه جو سازمانی لایل سوسمان و سام دیپ و پرسش نامه کیفیت زندگی کاری والتون استفاده گردید. از روشهای آماری ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن، آزمون کروسکال والیس ویومان ویتنی استفاده گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که رابطه ای مثبت ومعنی دار بین جوسازمانی و میزان کیفیت زندگی کاری کارکنان وجود دارد. بین هر کدام ازابعاد جو سازمانی و میزان کیفیت زندگی کاری کارکنان رابطه ای مثبت و معنی دار وجود دارد. همچنین تفاوت معنی دار بین جو سازمانی برحسب ویژگی های جمعیت شناختی در (سن، وضعیت تأهل، رشته تحصیلی، نوع استخدام و میزان سابقه خدمت) وجود دارد، اما در (جنسیت و مدرک تحصیلی) تفاوت معنی دار وجود ندارد. و تفاوت معنی داری بین میزان کیفیت زندگی کاری در (سن و رشته تحصیلی) وجود دارد، اما در(جنسیت، وضعیت تأهل، مدرک تحصیلی، نوع استخدام و میزان سابقه خدمت) تفاوت وجود ندارد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between components of organizational climate and quality of work life in Physical Education of East Azarbaijan Province. The present research is descriptive-correlation one and is performed in a field research method. The statistical population includes managers and staffs at Physical Education agencies and 112 members of this population are selected as sample for this research. The research methods of this study was descriptive , survey and correlation. Organizational climate and quality of work life standard questionnaires were used to test hypotheses. The relationship between organizational climate dimensions ( goals, roles, rewards, methods, relations) hypotheses showed following results. Significant relationship between organizational climate dimensions( goals, roles, rewards, methods, relations) and quality of work life were observed.In addition, the relationship of som individual characteristics with organizational climate and quality of work life were studied.The relationship of some between individual characteristics with organizational climate and quality of work life were significant. overally , findings of this research reveald that there was a relationship between organizational climate and quality of work life of personnels of physical education agencies.
