چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی معیارهای حرفه‌ای معلّمان تربیت بدنی شهر ارومیه است. روش اجرای پژوهش، ترکیبی (کمی و کیفی) و سه مرحله‌ای (کتابخانه‌ای، دلفی و پیمایشی) است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را در مرحله دلفی اساتید رشته تربیت بدنی دانشگاه ارومیه، دانشگاه فرهنگیان ارومیه، معاونین و کارشناسان تربیت بدنی ادارات آموزش و پرورش شهر ارومیه و در مرحله پیمایشی تعداد 311 نفر از معلّمان زن و مرد تربیت بدنی شاغل در مدارس شهر ارومیه تشکیل می‌دهند که از این تعداد، 285 نفر به صورت تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. معیارهای حرفه‌ای معلمان تربیت بدنی با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای در 7 معیار و 47 گویه طراحی شد و در مرحله دلفی که در دو مرحله انجام شد، بعد از ایجاد تغییرات و اجماع نظر پرسشنامه‌ای با 8 معیار و 45 گویه به عنوان معیارهای نهایی تدوین شد. همچنین روایی پرسشنامه مذکور در مرحله دلفی تأیید و پایایی آن در مرحله پیمایشی با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 94/0، محاسبه شد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی برازش مناسب انتخاب معیارهای حرفه‌ای معلّمان تربیت بدنی را در هشت مؤلفه: مدیریت؛ رهبری؛ محیط یادگیری و جو کلاس؛ نظارت، ارزشیابی و بازخورد؛ برنامه‌ریزی؛ مسئولیت‌های قانونی، اخلاقی و حرفه‌ای معلّم؛ تدریس (آموزش)؛ و توسعه حرفه‌ای معلّم نشان داد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study is to determine professional standards of urmia's physical education teachers. The applied method for this research is combinational (quantitative and qualitative) and in three levels (library, Delphi and survey). Research population in delphi stage were physical education professors of Urmia University, Farhangian University (Urmia branch) and physical education deputies and experts of Urmia education administrations. In survey level Research population included (311) male and female physical education teachers of Urmia schools. Finally, 285 people were simply randomly chosen as sample. The professional standards using the library studies were designed in 7 standards and 47 components and in Delphi stage were conducted in two stages, a questionnaire of 8 standards and 45 components was authorized after applying the changes and consensus. Also the validity of questionnaire was approved in Delphi stage and the reliability of that in survey level was attained and calculated using 0.94 cronbach's alpha. Results of Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) showed the good fit for professional standards for physical education teachers in 8 component: management; leadership; learning environment and class atmosphere; supervision, appraisal and feedback; programming; teacher statutory, moral and professional responsibilities; teaching; teacher professional development.
