چکیده

هدف پژوهش، بررسی شایستگی‌های شغلی مدیران‌عامل باشگاه‌های ورزشی استان اصفهان بود. جامعه و نمونه آماری این تحقیق را کلیه مدیران و مسئولان سطوح مختلف باشگاه‌های سپاهان، ذوب‌آهن، فولاد ماهان و گیتی‌پسند استان اصفهان تشکیل داده اند که 83 نفر بودند. روایی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با 68 سوال پنج ارزشی لیکرت، مورد تائید 15 نفر از متخصصان و اساتید قرار گرفت و پایایی آن با استفاده ازضریب آلفا کرونباخ ، 97/0α= به‌دست آمد. پرسشنامه‌ها بین 83 نفر از مدیران و مسئولان واحد‌های مختلف باشگاه‌ها، به صورت حضوری توزیع و 76 پرسشنامه (5/91 درصد) برگشت داده شدند. ضمن تایید روایی سازه پرسشنامه ، شاخص‌های برازش نشان داد که مدل‌های نهایی، برازش خوبی دارند. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که تفاوت معنی داری بین اولویت ابعاد شایستگی‌های شغلی شامل مهارت‌ها (52/0±21/4)، نقش‌ها (55/0±11/4) و وظایف (52/0±06/4) وجود دارد. همچنین ، نیاز به مهارت سیاسی بالاترین میانگین رتبه را داشت، ولی بین اولویت آن با مهارت‌های ادراکی، انسانی و فنی تفاوت معنی-داری وجود نداشت (075/0sig=). البته بین اولویت نقش‌های مدیران‌عامل شامل نقش تصمیم‌گیری (56/0±09/4)، اطلاعاتی (61/0±16/4) و میان‌فردی (67/0±03/4) و همچنین بین اولویت وظایف مدیران‌عامل شامل وظیفه برنامه‌ریزی (60/0±20/4)، هدایت و رهبری (62/0±17/4)، نظارت (60/0±02/4) و سازماندهی(58/0±86/3) تفاوت معنی دار مشاهده شد.

Survey of the Managers Competencies of Sport Clubs in Isfahan Province

The aim of research was to study the competencies of CEOs of sport clubs in Isfahan province. The population and sample were different managerial levels of clubs such as Sepahan, Zob Ahan, Foladmahan and Gitypasand in Isfahan province that were 83 manager. The validity of the researcher made questionnaire was confirmed by 15 experts and professors and the reliability coefficient by using Cronbach alpha which was α = 0.972. The survey questionnaires were distributed to 83 managers in different level of clubs and 91.5 percent of questionnaires were returned back.dy of construct validity and the results fit the indexes indicating that the final models were suited and accurate. The results showed that there was significant difference between priority of job competencies including skills (4/21±0/52), roles (4/11±0/55) and tasks (4/06±0/52). At the same time, in this study political skill for the first time was introduced as one of the managerial skills and had the highest mean ranking ,but there was no significant difference between the priority of political skills and conceptual, human and technical skills (sig: 0.075) . Also, there was significant difference between priority of roles such as decisional (4/03±0/67), informational (4/16±0/61) , interpersonal roles (4/09±0/56) , and also between priority of tasks such as planning(4/20±0/60), Leadership (4/17 ± 0/62), Monitoring (4/02 ± 0/60) and Organizing (3/86 ± 0/58).
