چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش، طراحی و تدوین شاخص‌‌های انتخاب سرمربی تیم ملی فوتبال ایران و تعیین درجۀ اهمیت این شاخص‌‌‌ها می‌باشد که به روش توصیفی پیمایشی انجام شده است. نمونۀ آماری این پژوهش را 627 نفر شامل: 379 مربی، 210 بازیکن و 38 مدیر تشکیل دادند که با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان و به‌صورت تخصیصی تناوبی برآورد شده‌اند. ابزار گرد آوری داده ‌‌های پژوهش، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است که روایی محتوایی، صوری و سازه آن مورد بررسی و تایید قرار گرفت و پایایی آن با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ در سطح (87/0) برآورد گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که بین دیدگاه مدیران، مربیان و بازیکنان در‌مورد شاخص‌های انتخاب تفاوت وجود دارد و شاخص‌های انتخاب سرمربی تیم ملی فوتبال از دیدگاه کل نمونۀ آماری به ‌ترتیب شامل: مهارت‌‌های فنی، ‌ویژگی‌‌های شخصیتی، ‌مهارت‌‌های ارتباطی و اجتماعی، ‌‌مهارت‌‌های مدیریتی، ‌‌ویژگی‌های فردی، ‌‌مهارت‌‌های روان‌شناختی، ‌‌دیدگاه‌های مربیگری، ‌‌سوابق مربیگری و سوابق ورزشی به‌عنوان بازیکن فوتبال می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research is to define and develop the criteria for the selection of the head coach of Iran’s national football team and to determine the extent to which such criteria are important. The study consisted of 627 participants who included 379 coaches, 210 players and 38 managers. The research method of this study was of descriptive-survey type and the research tool was a researcher made questionnaire. The content and face validity of the questionnaire was examined and reliability with Cronbach's alpha coefficients at (0.87) were estimated.
The Results showed that the selection criteria of the head coach of Iran’s football team from the participants’ point of view include: 1. Technical skills, 2. Personality characteristics, 3. Communication and Social skills, 4. Managerial skills, 5. Personal characteristics, 6. Psychological skills, 7. Coaching vision, 8. Background as coach, 9. Background as football player.
