The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational pride and service climate with the mediating role of individual and organizational factors in sports halls of Ahvaz city. This research was descriptive-correlational in nature and applied in purpose, with data collected through field surveys using questionnaires. The statistical population included all employees of sports halls in Ahvaz in the year 1404 (2025), totaling 640 individuals. Based on the Krejcie-Morgan table, 242 participants were selected through convenience sampling. The research tools included the standardized Organizational Pride Questionnaire by Gouthier & Rhein (2011), Service Climate Questionnaire by Noso (2021), Organizational Factors Questionnaire by Walsh et al. (2009) and Bowling & Hammond (2008), and Individual Factors Questionnaire by Schwarzer et al. (1997) and Tierney et al. (1999). Data analysis was conducted using Pearson correlation and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings revealed a significant relationship between organizational pride and service climate in Ahvaz sports halls (r = 0.485). Moreover, organizational pride showed significant relationships with individual factors (self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation) (r = 0.841), and with organizational factors (organizational success and job satisfaction) (r = 0.832). Individual factors had a significant relationship with service climate (r = 0.207), as did organizational factors (r = 0.338). Additionally, both individual and organizational factors played significant mediating roles in the relationship between organizational pride and service climate. Strengthening organizational pride through the enhancement of individual and organizational factors can lead to an improved service climate in sports halls.
